The modern hotel is located in the south of Crete, on the outskirts of Ierapetra, directly on the beach of Koutsounari. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the center of Ierapetra, approx. 5 km away. Heraklion airport is approx. 98 km away.

The modern adults-only complex (bookable from 16 years) has 132 rooms, spread across several buildings, and offers a 24-hour reception with central safe, lounge, lobby bar, lift (only in the main building), a small library, "Tamarisk" main restaurant (breakfast and dinner in buffet style with Greek cuisine, lunch à la carte, for a fee), an "Menoa" à la carte restaurant (Mediterranean cuisine, 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM), lobby bar, boutique, spa, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-kept outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with sun terrace, an outdoor fitness area, tennis court, pool and beach bar, as well as a kafenion (11:00 AM – 6:30 PM, daily except Tuesdays). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach.

King Evergreen Suite individual Pool

These suites feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, telephone (for a fee), a separate living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, 2 satellite TVs, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, as well as a terrace and a private pool (2PI).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We request that you act with caution and pay special attention when using this area.

Meals

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 AM – 10:30 AM) and dinner (7:00 PM – 9:30 PM) are offered in buffet style.
Optionally, dinner can be taken at the "Menoa" à la carte restaurant (daily, except Mondays) or at Máre Máre (reservation required).
Upon request and for a fee, a private dinner can also be organized on the hotel beach.
Vegetarian dishes and meals for special dietary requirements available upon request. Please contact the reception for this.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of 1/1/2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in the high season 1/4 – 31/10:
