Location

The modern hotel is located in the south of Crete, on the outskirts of Ierapetra, directly on the beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the center of Ierapetra, approx. 5 km away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 98 km away.

The modern adults-only resort (bookable for ages 16 and over) has 132 rooms spread across several buildings and offers a 24-hour reception with a central safe, lounge, lobby bar, elevator (in the main building only), small library, main restaurant "Tamarisk" (breakfast and dinner buffet with Greek cuisine, lunch à la carte, for a fee), an à la carte restaurant "Menoa" (Mediterranean cuisine, 7:30 PM - 10:30 PM), lobby bar, boutique, spa, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the resort. The well-maintained outdoor area features 2 swimming pools with sun terraces, an outdoor fitness area, tennis court, pool and beach bar, and a Kafenion (11 AM - 6:30 PM, daily except Tuesdays). Sunbeds and umbrellas are included at the pools and on the beach.

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style.
Alternatively, dinner can be enjoyed at the "Menoa" à la carte restaurant (daily, except Mondays) or at Máre Máre (reservations required).
A private dinner on the hotel beach can be arranged upon request and for a fee.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian options are available upon request. Please register at the reception upon arrival.

Climate Resilience Contribution Information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):

Land Category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Land Category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Land Category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season (November 1 - March 31):
