Location

The village of Koutouloufari is located approx. 1 km beyond Chersonissos and offers its visitors a tourist center with restaurants and shops. The historic city of Heraklion is approx. 30 km away and is suitable for a day trip. A supermarket can be reached in approx. 200 m. The following attractions are also accessible from the hotel: Aquaworld Aquarium, Lixnostatis Folk Museum, Acqua Plus Water Park, Labyrinth Park and The Crete Golf Club. In addition to car rental, a taxi stand and a bus stop are available approx. 1 km away for mobility during your holiday. The airport (HER) is located approx. 25 km away.

Facilities

The resort hotel, last completely renovated in 2025, consists of a main building and 6 annexes and has a total of 57 rooms. It offers its guests a reception (check-in from 3 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m.), 2 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), parking (free of charge) and a currency exchange facility. For culinary delights, there is the "THEA" restaurant with air conditioning and a snack bar. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed at the hotel bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. Room cleaning is free of charge. Fees may apply for laundry service. The outdoor area of the hotel, designed in Mediterranean style, includes 3 freshwater pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks are available at the pool bar.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite is equipped with a double bed, tiled floor, capsule coffee machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge) and satellite TV with local channels, as well as individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet (approx. 45-50 m², JS2). Can also be booked for single occupancy (JS1).

Suite

The spacious suite with garden view and separate living area offers a double bed or twin beds, 2 extra beds (sofa bed), tiled floor, capsule coffee machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, internet, safe and satellite TV with local channels, as well as individually regulated air conditioning and individually regulated heating. The bathroom also has a shower/toilet (S2). Can also be booked with sea view (S2M).

Suite Type A

The Suite Type A is similar in equipment and size to the regular suite, but here it has a personal Jacuzzi as a highlight and the suite offers a garden or sea view. Allocation is done by the hotelier on-site (SA).

Suite Sharing Pool

The bright and elegant suite has access to a communal pool shared with other suites and is otherwise equipped with a sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a separate living area with 2 sofa beds. The other amenities correspond to the other suites (approx. 40m², SSH).

Premium Suite private pool

For even more privacy, guests of this Premium Suite enjoy a private outdoor pool; otherwise, they are similar in equipment and size to the suite with communal pool access (RE2).

A golf course is located approx. 5 km from the hotel.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
