Location

The village of Koutouloufari is located about 1 km past Chersonissos and offers visitors a tourist center with restaurants and shops. The historic city of Heraklion is about 30 km away and is ideal for a day trip. A supermarket is reachable in about 200 m. The following attractions are also accessible from the hotel: Aquaworld Aquarium, Lixnostatis Folk Museum, Acqua Plus Water Park, Labyrinth Park and The Crete Golf Club. In addition to car rental, a taxi stand and a bus stop are about 1 km away for mobility during your holiday. The airport (HER) is about 25 km away.

Facilities

The resort hotel, last completely renovated in 2025, consists of a main building and 6 annex buildings and offers a total of 57 rooms. It provides guests with a reception (check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM), 2 elevators, air conditioning, a safe (for a fee), parking (free of charge) and currency exchange facilities. For culinary delights, there is the air-conditioned restaurant "THEA" and a snack bar. Refreshing drinks in a convivial atmosphere are available at the hotel bar. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. Room cleaning is free of charge. Laundry service may incur fees. The outdoor area of the Mediterranean-style hotel includes 3 freshwater pools. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available here free of charge. Refreshing drinks are available at the pool bar.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite is equipped with a double bed, tiled floor, capsule coffee machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge) and satellite TV with local channels, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC (approx. 45-50 sqm, JS2). Can also be booked for single occupancy (JS1).

Suite

The spacious suite with garden view and separate living area offers a double bed or twin beds, 2 extra beds (sofa bed), tiled floor, capsule coffee machine, kettle, balcony or terrace, internet, safe and satellite TV with local channels, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. The bathroom also offers a shower/WC (S2). Can also be booked with sea view (S2M).

Suite Type A

The Suite Type A is similar in equipment and size to the regular suite, but here, as a highlight, there is a personal jacuzzi and the suite offers a garden or sea view. Allocation is made by the hotelier on-site (SA).

Suite Sharing Pool

The bright and elegant suite has access to a communal pool shared with other suites and is otherwise equipped with a sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a separate living area with 2 sofa beds. The further features correspond to the other suites (approx. 40 sqm, SSH).

Premium Suite Private Pool

For even more privacy, guests of this premium suite enjoy a private outdoor pool; otherwise, they are similar in equipment and size to the suite with access to a communal pool (RE2).
