Location

The Selini Suites & Waterpark is a modern hotel complex in the traditional coastal village of Rapaniana, in the west of the island.
Only approx. 300 m from the sand/pebble beach and with a variety of shops and entertainment options in the immediate vicinity, it is ideal for those who want to spend a special holiday in a friendly and luxurious environment. Chania Airport is approx. 35 km away.

Facilities

The family-friendly 4-star hotel complex is a modern hotel complex with 168 rooms, spread across several buildings, in elegant Cretan architecture overlooking the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea and the coastal village of Rapaniana in Chania. Recently partially renovated, the complex is one of the best family hotels in the area and offers a variety of different accommodation options.
The main building houses a spacious lobby area with a 24-hour reception, lift, satellite TV corner and free Wi-Fi, the main bar and a buffet restaurant with outdoor seating, offering a variety of traditional delights. The well-kept outdoor area features 3 swimming pools with free sun loungers and umbrellas, a pool bar, and a water park with various slides (open 6 days a week, 150 meters from the hotel). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach.

Double room garden or pool view

The Double rooms garden or pool view (D) are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and feature a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, individually controlled air conditioning, mini-fridge, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden or pool view.
Also available with sea view (DM/DMI), for single occupancy (DE), or as a budget room (SSZ).

Superior double room pool view

The Superior double rooms pool view (DSP) have, apart from otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms garden or pool view, two additional sofa beds as sleeping facilities for up to 2 children.
Also available with sea view (DMU).

The Family rooms sea or pool view (2RF) have a combined living/sleeping area with two sofa beds as sleeping facilities for up to 2 children, a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, individually controlled air conditioning, mini-fridge, a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace with sea or pool view.

Luxury junior suite pool view

The Luxury junior suites pool view (J2P) are equipped with a double bed or two single beds and a sofa bed as sleeping facilities for up to 2 children, and feature a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, individually controlled air conditioning, mini-fridge, bathroom with walk-in shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace with pool view.

Luxury maisonette side sea view

The Luxury maisonette rooms side sea view (2SM), in the three-story annex building, are located on two levels on the 2nd and 3rd floors, connected by a staircase. The lower floor has a combined living/sleeping area with one or two sofa beds as sleeping facilities for up to 2 children, a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, individually controlled air conditioning, mini-fridge, and a bathroom with shower/WC, as well as a small balcony. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, and a large balcony with a side sea view and a view of the pool.

Junior suite private pool

The Junior suites private pool (ZJP) have, apart from otherwise identical amenities to the Luxury junior suites pool view, a private pool.
The private pool is not supervised. Please therefore pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave with caution.

All Inclusive

American breakfast buffet from 7:30-10:30 am, lunch buffet from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner buffet from 6:30-9:30 pm in the main restaurant, as well as light snacks such as sandwiches, salad bar, and pizza from 11 am-12 pm and 3 pm-5 pm, and ice cream from 10:30 am-9:30 pm at the pool bar. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (soft drinks, fruit juices, draft beer, house wine, ouzo, raki, rum, vodka, whiskey, tequila, brandy, liqueur, and selected cocktails) are included from 10:30 am-12:00 am at the open bar.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
