Location

This adults-friendly hotel, planted with tropical vegetation, is located directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Kavros, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The nearest town of Georgioupolis is approx. 4 km away and Rethymnon approx. 17 km away. Shops and entertainment facilities are located near the hotel. The airport of Chania is approx. 40 km and the airport of Heraklion approx. 100 km away. A bus stop is located approx. 700 m away.

The hotel, which welcomes guests aged 15 and over, has a total of 112 rooms, spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings. It features a 24-hour reception and a restaurant. The outdoor area includes the swimming pool with pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee on the beach. For guests who have booked All-Inclusive, these are also included. Bath towels are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available for a fee throughout the hotel. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms offer sea views, bathrobes, slippers, a sofa, and are slightly more spacious (DMU). These rooms can be located in both the main and the annex buildings.

With the same amenities as the double rooms superior, these rooms are located in the annex building and are beachfront (RF2).

These double rooms are located in the annex building and, in addition to the standard amenities, offer a panoramic sea view (2XN).

Deluxe Suite Outdoor Whirlpool Side Sea View

The suites were renovated for Summer 2024 and feature a combined living/sleeping area, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, ironing board and iron, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, small fridge, coffee/tea maker, and an outdoor whirlpool (XL2).
These rooms can be located in both the main and the annex buildings.

Suite Aqua Private Pool Garden View

The suites, renovated in 2024, feature a private pool instead of a whirlpool, a private terrace with sun loungers, an espresso machine (2 capsules per day included) and are located in the annex buildings (SP2), with the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite.

Deluxe Suite Spa Pool Side Sea View

The suites, renovated in 2024, feature a private pool with waterfall stress relief and hydromassage function as well as a side sea view, with the same amenities as the Suite Aqua private pool (IP2).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room from 01/01/2025.
