Location

The holiday hotel, partially renovated in 2021 and planted with tropical vegetation, is located directly on the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach of Kavros, which has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The nearest town of Georgioupolis is approx. 4 km away and Rethymnon approx. 17 km away. Shops and entertainment facilities are located near the hotel. The airport of Chania is approx. 40 km and the airport of Heraklion approx. 100 km away.

The adult-friendly hotel Delfina Tropic Beach (bookable from 15 years) with a total of 112 rooms, spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings, has a reception (24 h), Wi-Fi (included) and a restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is the swimming pool with pool bar. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pool and available at the beach for a fee (included for AI guests). Bath towels are available for a fee.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, they offer sea views, bathrobes, slippers, a sofa and are slightly more spacious (DMU). These rooms can be located in the main building as well as in the annex buildings.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the annex building and in the first row to the beach (RF2).

These double rooms are located in the annex building and, in addition to the standard amenities, offer a panoramic sea view (2XN).

Deluxe Suite Outdoor Whirlpool side sea view

The suites were renovated for Summer 2024 and feature a combined living/sleeping area, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, ironing board and iron, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), safe for rent, small refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and an outdoor whirlpool (XL2).
These rooms can be located in the main building as well as in the annex buildings.

Suite Aqua priv. Pool GV

The suites, renovated in 2024, have the same amenities as the Deluxe Suite but with a private pool instead of a whirlpool, a private terrace with sun loungers, and an espresso machine (2 capsules per day included). They are located in the annex buildings (SP2).

The suites, renovated in 2024, have the same amenities as the Suite Aqua priv. Pool, but with a private pool with waterfall stress relief and hydromassage function, as well as a side sea view (IP2).

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
