Location

The Kalyves Beach Hotel is located directly on the fine sandy beach, idyllically on the banks of a river in the Apokoronas region. The lively town center with numerous shops and restaurants is only about 50 meters away. The charming port town of Chania is about 18 kilometers away and is easily accessible thanks to a regular bus service with a stop in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Chania Airport is about 30 kilometers away, and Heraklion Airport is about 123 kilometers away.

The hotel, which has 100 rooms, is equipped with a 24-hour reception, a luggage storage room, and a satellite TV corner. A restaurant and a bar with a terrace are available. In the outdoor area, there are 2 freshwater swimming pools with an integrated children's pool and a pool/snack bar. There is a playground for children. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Pool/beach towels are available for a fee. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel complex.

American breakfast buffet from 8 AM to 10:30 AM. Lunch from 1 PM to 3 PM and dinner from 7 PM to 9:30 PM, both served buffet style. Drinks available with meals include still water, filter coffee, herbal tea, and non-alcoholic beverages, juices, local draft beer, house wine (rosé, red, and white).
Coffee and cake/pastries, ice cream, and snacks such as hot and cold sandwiches, pastries, ice cream, and a selection of locally produced fruits and salads from 11 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 5 PM.

All Inclusive Plus

When booking All Inclusive Plus, you also receive unlimited premium brand alcoholic beverages and sparkling wine. In addition, there are unlimited high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, branded soft drinks, house wine in 375ml bottles (two bottles per person per day), and premium beer. Fresh orange juice is included at breakfast and throughout the day.
The offer also includes an afternoon room service (upon request), a welcome basket with house wine, fruit, water, juices, and non-alcoholic drinks, an espresso machine with two free capsules per day, and a daily bottle of water in your room.

Destination Information for Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of 01/01/2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
