Location

The quietly located hotel is situated in Gouves, approximately 600 m from the sandy beach. A free shuttle service to the beach is provided several times a day.
Shopping and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity. The center of Gouves is 450 m away. A bus stop with regular connections to Heraklion is located near the hotel. Heraklion Airport is approximately 15 km away.

Facilities

This family-friendly, high-quality, and stylishly built hotel complex underwent partial renovations in summer 2026.
The hotel consists of several buildings, divided into the two sections "Aelius" and "Sensus," with a total of 206 rooms. It features a 24-hour reception, lobby, lifts, the "Erontas" buffet restaurant with outdoor seating, the "Kritamos" à la carte restaurant (Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine), the Asian "Aseana" à la carte restaurant with a bar, the "Agiazi" pool/snack bar with a shisha offer, and a mini-market.
In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the Aelius section, there are 2 freshwater swimming pools with 2 separate children's pools, a sun terrace, and the "Agiazi" pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool. At the beach, these can be rented from local providers for a fee. Pool towels are provided free of charge. A free shuttle service to the beach is provided several times a day.
The new Sensus area features its own "Aura" pool/snack bar as well as a private swimming pool, which is reserved exclusively for guests staying in "Sensus" rooms.
High-speed internet access is included throughout the entire complex and in the rooms.

The comfortable double rooms Superior Roof Garden (CRD) are located on the first floor of the "Sensus" hotel area and are equipped with a double bed, 43" Smart satellite TV, telephone, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning (cold/warm), mini-fridge (stocked with a bottle of water upon arrival), coffee and tea-making facilities, Nespresso coffee machine with 2 capsules replenished daily, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, as well as a furnished balcony with pool view.
Exclusive access to the roof garden, which is equipped with whirlpools and sun loungers, with exclusive availability of a private whirlpool. The whirlpools are arranged side-by-side.

Maisonette

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 a.m.), lunch (12:45-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) in buffet style at the main restaurant. Destination information: Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
