Location

Anna’s House is an apartment complex in a beautiful location, approx. 650 m from the center of Georgioupolis in the western part of Crete and 250 m from the sandy beach. It is approx. 46 km to Chania Airport and approx. 300 m to the nearest tavern. A bus stop is located approx. 800 m away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 104 km away.

The apartment hotel Anna’s House, with 65 residential units spread over a main building and 3 annexes (some approx. 100 m away from the main building), features a reception (limited opening hours), breakfast room with terrace, and Wi-Fi (included). Next to the freshwater swimming pool with integrated children's pool is the terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee from local providers.

Each unit is bright and comfortably furnished with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, living/bedroom with kitchenette, and a separate bedroom with a balcony or terrace (A12).

With the same facilities as the apartments, these offer two balconies or terraces and are more spacious (UA2).

Maisonette

Like the apartments, but with a balcony and terrace and laid out over two floors, with a living/bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor (M2).

Villa 2 Bedroom Sharing Pool

With the same facilities as the apartments, these feature a balcony and a terrace, are laid out over two floors with a living/bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, and additional access to the sharing pool (V22).
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room as of 1.1.2025.
For stays in the high season 1.4.-31.10.

Arrival by car

From Chania Airport to the National Road (New Road) towards Rethymno/Heraklion. Continue following the National Road in the direction of Rethymno. Continue to the end of Kavros and then exit onto the National Road towards Georgioupolis. In Georgioupolis, cross the market square and follow the road across the bridge. After approx. 1.5 km, you will find Hotel Anna House on the right-hand side.
