Location

Anna's House is an apartment complex in a beautiful location, approx. 650 m from the center of Georgioupolis in the western part of Crete and 250 m from the sandy beach. The distance to Chania Airport is approx. 46 km, to the nearest taverna approx. 300 m. A bus stop is approx. 800 m away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 104 km away.

The Anna's House aparthotel with 65 accommodation units spread across a main building and 3 annexes (partially approx. 100 m from the main building), has a reception (limited opening hours), breakfast room with terrace and Wi-Fi (included). Next to the freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, there is a terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available from local providers for a fee.

Superior Apartment Type B

With the same furnishings as the apartments, they have two balconies or terraces and are more spacious (UA2).

Maisonette

Like the apartments, but with a balcony and terrace and arranged over two floors, with a living/sleeping area on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on the first floor (M2).

2 Bedroom Villa Sharing Pool

With the same furnishings as the apartments, they have a balcony and a terrace, are arranged over two floors, with a living/sleeping area on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor and additionally access to the shared pool (V22).
The shared pool is not supervised. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave considerately.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
