Built in summer 2023, the Nima Boutique Hotel is a modern, luxurious oasis of relaxation for guests aged 14 and over. The property is located approx. 500 m from the long sandy beach of Kavros and approx. 4 km from Georgioupolis. Shopping and entertainment facilities can be found near the hotel. The distance to Heraklion airport is approx. 90 km and to Chania airport approx. 45 km.

This modern Schauinsland-Reisen original adults-friendly hotel features a total of 24 stylishly furnished rooms. High-quality facilities include an elegantly designed lobby with a 24-hour reception, lounge, luggage room, elevator, and a breakfast room with a terrace.
The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar (11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.). Bath towels are available for a deposit; sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and available for a fee at the public beach.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel and in the rooms.

Double room

The modernly furnished rooms feature a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, as well as full-body and cosmetic mirrors. The rooms are also equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, a small refrigerator (filled with two bottles of water upon arrival), coffee/tea station (daily replenishment), Nespresso machine (two capsules per day included; daily replenishment), 52-54" Smart TV (with satellite, HDMI, and internet connection), rental safe, telephone, ironing set (on request), and a balcony or terrace with mountain view (D).
Also available for single use (DE).

Double room Superior Sharing Pool Swim Up

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a terrace with sun loungers, parasols, and direct access to the sharing pool (D2R/DPX).
From summer 2027, the Double room Superior Sharing Pool Swim Up can also be booked for single use (D1R).
The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request that guests behave responsibly and exercise caution when using this area.

Double room Superior private Pool

With the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, these feature a terrace with a private pool (U2P/2CT).
From summer 2027, the Double room Superior private Pool can also be booked for single use (U1P).
The private pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We request that guests behave responsibly and exercise caution when using this area.

Junior suite

With the same facilities as the double rooms, the junior suites are spread over two levels with an additional balcony with mountain view on the upper floor and a second TV (JS2/JSI).
Also available for single use (JS1).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. in buffet style with show cooking.

Hotel service

Room cleaning is carried out 6 times per week. Towels are changed 6 times per week, bed linen 3 times per week.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and from January 1st, 2025, it is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season April 1st - October 31st:
