Built in summer 2023, the new Nima Boutique Hotel is a modern, luxurious oasis of relaxation for guests aged 14 and over. The complex is located approx. 500 m from the long sandy beach of Kavros and approx. 4 km from Georgioupolis. Shopping and entertainment options are located near the hotel. It is approx. 90 km to Heraklion Airport and approx. 45 km to Chania Airport.

The modern schauinsland-reisen original adults-friendly hotel has a total of 24 stylishly furnished rooms. High-quality amenities include an elegantly designed lobby with reception (24h), lounge, luggage room, lift, Wi-Fi (included throughout the entire hotel area) as well as a breakfast room with terrace.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar (11:00 am - 7:30 pm). Pool towels are available for a deposit; sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the public beach.

The modern furnished rooms feature a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, sofa bed, bathroom with shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, full-body and cosmetic mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning, small refrigerator (filled with 2 bottles of water upon arrival), coffee/tea station (daily replenishment), Nespresso machine (2 capsules per day included; daily replenishment), 52-54" Smart TV (with satellite, HDMI, and internet connection), rental safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, ironing set (on request) as well as a balcony or terrace with mountain view (D).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 1/1/2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room as of 1/1/2025.
