Location

The Casa di Notos Hotel is an adults-friendly hotel, available for booking for guests aged 12 and over. It is located directly on the beautiful, long sand/pebble beach of Georgioupolis. Bars, taverns, and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Georgioupolis is about 4 km away. A bus stop can be reached after approx. 600 m. Chania Airport is about 42 km away, and Heraklion Airport is about 98 km away.

The Casa di Notos Hotel features 75 fully renovated rooms. It is equipped with a lobby, 24-hour reception, and a main restaurant with changing theme nights. In the outdoor area, there are two freshwater pools located directly in front of the beach. The pool/snack bar, where sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge, invites you to enjoy a drink. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

The double rooms were renovated for summer 2026 and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea maker, as well as a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally bookable as a triple room (DA/DB) or for single use (DE).

Double room Sharing Pool renovated

The Double rooms Sharing Pool were renovated for summer 2026 and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea maker, as well as a terrace with access to a pool (SH2). Optionally bookable as a triple room (HA2/OAP) or for single use (SH1).
The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We kindly ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.

Breakfast (7:30 am–10:00 am) and dinner (7:00 pm–9:00 pm) with regular theme nights in buffet form in the main restaurant.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Gluten-free, vegetarian, and diabetic menus are available upon request.
The dress code for dinner is "smart casual".

Breakfast (7:30 am–10:00 am), lunch (1:00 pm–2:30 pm), and dinner (7:00 pm–9:00 pm) with regular theme nights in buffet form in the main restaurant. Lunch and dinner include water, soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, local draft beer, house wine, and ice cream.
Additionally, there is a selection of snacks.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm at the respective open bar: soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, milk, cocoa, beer, wine by the glass (white and red), ouzo, gin, rum, tequila, whiskey, liqueurs, and selected cocktails.
Vegetarian and diabetic menus are available upon request.
The dress code for dinner is "smart casual".

Occasional theme nights with authentic food and live music take place.
Aqua aerobics is offered occasionally.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room starting 1.1.2025.
For stays in the high season 1.4.–31.10.:
