Location

The Casa di Notos Hotel is an adults-friendly hotel, bookable for guests aged 12 and over. It is located directly on the beautiful, long sandy/pebble beach of Georgioupolis. Bars, tavernas, and cafes are in the vicinity. The center of Georgioupolis is about 4 km away. A bus stop can be reached after approx. 600 m. Chania Airport is around 42 km away, Heraklion Airport about 98 km.

Facilities

The Casa di Nostos Hotel has 75 completely renovated rooms. It is equipped with a reception hall, 24-hour reception, and a main restaurant with changing theme nights. In the outdoor area, there are two freshwater pools located directly in front of the beach. The pool/snackbar, where sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge, invites you for a drink. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms will be renovated for Summer 2026 and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities, as well as a balcony or terrace (D). Also available as a triple room (DA) or for single occupancy (DE).

Double Room Superior Sharing Pool

The Superior Double Rooms Sharing Pool will be renovated for Summer 2026 and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities, as well as a terrace with access to the shared pool (SH2). Also available as a triple room (HA2) or for single occupancy (SH1).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (1 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 9 PM) with regular theme nights served as a buffet in the main restaurant. Lunch and dinner include water, soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea, local draft beer, house wine, and ice cream.
There is also a selection of snacks.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the open bar: soft drinks, water, coffee, tea, milk, cocoa, beer, house wines (white and red), Ouzo, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, liqueurs, and selected cocktails.
Vegetarian and diabetic menus are available upon request.
"Smart casual" dress code applies for dinner.

Occasionally, theme nights with authentic food and live music are held.
Aqua aerobics are occasionally offered.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
For stays in the high season from April 1 to October 31:
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays in the low season from November 1 to March 31:
