Location

The Village Heights Resort is located above the holiday resort of Hersonissos, surrounded by olive and carob trees, and approximately 6 km from the sandy beach.
The distance to Heraklion Airport is about 27 km. A free shuttle bus runs regularly to Hersonissos beach, which is about 6 km away.

The complex, built in the style of a Cretan village, offers a total of 200 accommodations spread across several outbuildings. The main building features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a small library, an internet corner, a main restaurant (à la carte for lunch), the à la carte restaurant "Elia" with a terrace, a mini-market, and the lobby bar. Downstairs, you'll find the spa area with a sauna, hammam, and indoor pool, as well as the fitness room with a yoga deck, a pool bar, a kafeneio, and the Cretan à la carte restaurant "Rodies". The well-maintained outdoor area with a garden offers two non-heated freshwater swimming pools with an integrated children's pool and a pool/snack bar. Towels, umbrellas, and sun loungers are available free of charge by the pool. Umbrellas and sun loungers are available for a fee at the sandy beach of Hersonissos. Hotel guests have free access to the "Beachcomber" Beach Club. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also included at the Beach Club. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

Junior Suite with kitchenette

The accommodations feature a combined living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, bath/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning/heating (included), telephone, flatscreen Smart TV, safe, a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini-fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, dining area, and a furnished balcony or terrace (JS2). Also available for single occupancy (JS1).

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite, these suites have a living area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed (2FS).

Suite

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, these feature a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed in the living room (S2).

Premium Suite

With the same amenities as the Suites, these feature a spacious terrace with two comfortable sun loungers and a seating area and are located on the upper floors. Additionally, guests in this category receive a bottle of water, wine, and a selection of seasonal fruits (SA).

Villa with 3 bedrooms and private pool

These very spacious villas, with the same amenities as the Family Suite with 2 bedrooms, feature an additional bedroom and a total of 3 bathrooms equipped with a bathtub, a separate shower, and a private pool (V38, upon request).
The Villa with 3 bedrooms and private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay particular attention to your children when using this area and exercise caution.

Room only/ Bed & Breakfast/ Half Board

The main restaurant, with a fresh and modern ambiance, offers a cozy indoor area and a terrace by the pool.
Breakfast is served here from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM as a varied buffet with a Cretan corner.
If Half Board is booked, dinner is also included in buffet form from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Dress code is requested for dinner. Drinks are available at an additional charge.

All Inclusive

Premium All Inclusive

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner in buffet form (7:00 PM - 9:30 PM) at the main restaurant.
Lunch is à la carte (12:30 PM - 4:00 PM, some dishes for an extra charge) or buffet style, also at the main restaurant. Drinks with lunch and dinner from the All Inclusive menu include local draft beer, local wine, water, and soft drinks.
Dinner can also be enjoyed at the à la carte restaurant "Elia" or "Rodies" (some dishes/drinks are included, others at an extra charge) with a reservation.
At the Citrus Pool Bar, water, soft drinks, fruit juices, local beer, and local wine are included from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, à la carte dishes are offered from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM (according to the All Inclusive menu).
The Lobby Bar offers local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:30 AM to 12:30 AM and small dishes from the All-Inclusive menu from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
At the Kafenion, various drinks including water, soft drinks, juices, draft beer, and local wine are part of the All-Inclusive program from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM (some premium brands and an extensive wine list are available at an additional charge).
Guests also receive 1 free access per stay to the Labyrinth Theme Park or can enjoy an à la carte dinner at a local tavern (minimum stay of 7 nights).

Not included in All Inclusive

Selected branded drinks, room service, selected dishes and drinks at the à la carte restaurants "Elia" and "Rodies".

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
