The sprawling hotel complex consists of 2 main buildings and a village-style bungalow area. A section of the main building has been exclusively for adults (16+ years) since summer 2025. The hotel features 675 rooms, a pool villa, and offers a spacious lobby with 24-hour reception, several elevators, lounges with TV, internet corners (included), high-speed Wi-Fi (included), two main restaurants, five à la carte restaurants (one of which is the "Alatsi" seafood restaurant, reserved exclusively for guests 16+ on certain days), six snack points, and nine bars. Further facilities include a mini-market, a boutique, a jeweler, a hairdresser, rooms for late departures, a fitness center (included), "Cine Creta Maris" open-air cinema (1 free ticket per person per stay, June to September, cinema bar for a fee), a spa, and an indoor pool (heated). The hotel also features the "Nami" wine cellar, newly opened in 2025 (for a fee, 16+ years, reservation required). The beautifully landscaped outdoor area contains a total of 17 swimming pools (including 5 children's pools) and a whirlpool.
Guests have access to a 4,000 m² water park with five slides (age and height restrictions apply), a swimming pool with numerous water features, a multi-level play structure with waterfalls, jets, slides, and a water volcano for children, as well as a relaxation area with seating and a bar serving drinks and snacks.
Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach; pool towels are also included.
The resort also offers an "Exclusive Adult" area. This is located in the eastern part of the hotel and may only be used by guests staying in these rooms (minimum age 16). This area offers exclusive access to the "Spira" pool and three small heated pools. Furthermore, the local beach section with gazebos, sun loungers, and a SPA pavilion, as well as the "Sima" bar, is reserved exclusively for the guests of these rooms. A separate section in the main restaurant is also reserved for these guests.

Bungalow

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the bungalows with garden view and also feature a balcony or terrace (2BD/BI2, bookable under HER732).
Optionally bookable under code HER232 as pool-front (2UQ) or pool-front for single use (1UQ), or under code HER732 with sea view (B2I), for single use (1BD), or for single use with sea view (B1M).

Double Room Exclusive Adult Only

Features the same amenities as the double rooms but will be renovated by summer 2026 and is located in the "Exclusive Adult" area. This provides access to specific facilities (2OA, also as DDA under HER732). More info in hotel services.

Breakfast and lunch in buffet form, dinner in buffet form or à la carte. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes are available. Ingredients and allergens are clearly marked for all dishes in all restaurants.

Breakfast in two main buffet restaurants from 7:30-10:30 a.m., or in the "Arasmari" restaurant from 8:00-11:00 a.m. Early-riser breakfast from 6:00-7:30 a.m. on request in the buffet restaurant. Lunch from 12:30-2:30 p.m. in buffet form in three different restaurants. Dinner in two main buffet restaurants (6:30-9:30 p.m., reservation required in one of the two) or in the 5 à la carte restaurants (6:30-10:00 p.m., reservation required).
During meals (lunch and dinner), guests can enjoy unlimited Cretan wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. Additionally, there are snacks available throughout the day at snack points, such as fresh seasonal salads and freshly prepared fruits, smoothies, ice cream, waffles, crepes, burgers, and much more.
From 9:00 a.m. to midnight, local and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, spirits, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are available at the respective open bar. Special brands of spirits available for an extra charge. Guests may dine once per week in one of the six different themed restaurants (with reservation).
All services are valid until midnight.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner (no flip-flops, no swimwear, no sportswear).

Destination information - Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
