The high-quality and expansive hotel complex consists of two main buildings and a village-style bungalow area. A section of the main building has been exclusively for adults (16+ years) since summer 2025. The hotel features 675 rooms and a pool villa, offering a spacious lobby with 24-hour reception, multiple elevators, TV lounges, internet corners (included), two main restaurants, five à la carte restaurants (one of which is the seafood restaurant "Alatsi," which is reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 and older on certain days), six snack points, and nine bars. Additional facilities include a mini-market, boutique, jeweler, hairdresser, and the open-air cinema "Cine Creta Maris" (one free ticket per person per stay, June to September, cinema bar for a fee). The hotel also features the newly opened "Nami" wine cellar (fee applies, 16+ years, reservation required). The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features a total of 17 swimming pools (including 5 children's pools) and a whirlpool.
Guests have access to a 4,000 m² water park with five slides (age and height restrictions apply), a swimming pool with many water features, a multi-level play area with waterfalls, jets, slides, and a water volcano for children, as well as a relaxation area with seating and a bar serving drinks and snacks.
Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and beach, and beach towels are also included.
The resort also offers an "Exclusive Adult" room area. Located in the eastern part of the hotel, it is reserved exclusively for guests in these rooms (minimum age 16). This area provides exclusive access to the "Spira" pool and three small heated pools. Furthermore, the beach section there, featuring gazebos, sun loungers, and a spa pavilion, as well as the "Sima" bar, is reserved exclusively for the use of these guests. A separated area in the main restaurant is also reserved for guests in these rooms.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and most communal areas and is included.

Double Room

The double rooms are comfortably furnished with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, and bathrobe. They are also equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning, Smart TV (with Netflix access), safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival, complimentary refill once per week), coffee/tea maker, and Nespresso machine. The rooms feature a furnished balcony or terrace, are located in the main buildings or bungalows, and offer mountain views (DD2, also available as D2I under HER732).
Optionally bookable with sea view (DDM/MDI, also available as 2B under HER732) or as a super-saver room (SSZ, also available as XD2 under HER732).
Also available for single occupancy with mountain/garden view (DD1/1TA, also available as D1I under HER732) or with sea view (DM1/AME, also available as 1B under HER732).

Bungalow

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located in the bungalows with garden views and also feature a balcony or terrace (2BD/BI2, bookable under HER732).
Optionally bookable under code HER232 as pool front (2UQ) or pool front for single occupancy (1UQ), or under code HER732 also with sea view (B2I), single occupancy (1BD), or single occupancy with sea view (B1M).

Double Room Exclusive Adult Only

Feature the same amenities as the double rooms but were renovated in summer 2026 and are located in the "Exclusive Adult" room area. As a result, these rooms offer access to specific facilities (2OA, also available as DDA under HER732).
Optionally bookable with sea view (AOM/DDD, also available as DDB under HER732), or under code HER732 for single occupancy with mountain/garden view (DEA) or single occupancy with sea view (DEB).
Guests in the Exclusive Adult room categories have exclusive access to the following facilities:

Breakfast in two main buffet restaurants from 7:30-10:30 a.m. or in the "Arasmari" restaurant from 8-11 a.m. Early-bird breakfast from 6-7:30 a.m. on request in the buffet restaurant. Lunch from 12:30-2:30 p.m. in buffet style in three different restaurants. Dinner in two main buffet restaurants (6:30-9:30 p.m., reservation required in one of the two) or in the 5 à la carte restaurants (6:30-10 p.m., reservation required).
During meals (lunch and dinner), guests can enjoy unlimited Cretan wine, beer, soft drinks, and water. Furthermore, throughout the day, there are snacks at the snack points, such as fresh, seasonal salads and freshly prepared fruits as well as smoothies, ice cream, waffles, crepes, burgers, and much more.
From 9 a.m. to midnight, local and international non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, spirits, beer, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea are included at the currently open bar. Special brands of spirits are available for an extra charge.
Guests may dine in one of the six different theme restaurants once per week (with reservation).
All services are valid until midnight.
Proper attire is requested for dinner (no flip-flops, no swimwear, no sportswear).
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes are available. Ingredients and allergens are also noted for dishes in all restaurants.

Not included in All Inclusive

Highlights of the culinary offerings include the "Private Dining" experience by the sea (for an extra charge).

Climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
