Location

The Grand Hotel Holiday Resort, very popular with families, relaxation seekers and beach holidaymakers, impresses with excellent service and a magnificent location. It consists of various bungalow buildings in a slightly elevated position and offers a wonderful view of the coast. A free shuttle service from the hotel takes you to the beach of Stalida several times a day (approx. 1.5 km away, shuttle from 10 am-6 pm). The center of Chersonissos with small shops and restaurants is about 2.5 km away. Heraklion Airport is less than 30 km away.

The very well-kept and lushly planted complex invites you to a varied holiday. The two-story buildings house the reception hall with reception, lounges, bar with terrace, restaurants, jeweler, and mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. Three pools are available in the outdoor area to meet individual needs. The children's pool ensures fun for the little guests, an aqua park with various water slides provides action, and the main pool as well as the adults-only pool with a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included) invite you to relax and enjoy sports activities. Beach and pool towels are available for a deposit. Two pool bars and a snack bar provide refreshments and snacks. Especially for children, there is a lot on offer, including their own buffet and the large Mini Club.

The main restaurant "Dionysos" offers a rich breakfast buffet from 7 am to 10:30 am. A continental breakfast can also be provided upon request from 5 am to 7 am. From 1 pm to 3 pm, the lunch buffet awaits you. In the evening, a varied buffet with show cooking is available from 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water, local wines from the All Inclusive wine list, and beer are served with lunch and dinner.
Additionally, you receive a discount on the entire wine list at all restaurants during meals.
The two à la carte restaurants, "Aegean" with Greek cuisine (6:30 pm-10 pm) and "La Luna" with Italian specialties (7:30 pm-10:30 pm, from June-September), offer a welcome change. Both are included once per stay with prior reservation.
Snacks such as ice cream, pizza, souvlaki, burgers, or salads are offered from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
The "Horizon" bar at the main pool serves mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices, local house wines, local alcoholic beverages, and a selection of international premium brands, filter coffee, iced coffee Frappé, and tea (counter service) from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. The bar at the children's pool offers mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices served in a glass, local house wines, filter coffee, iced coffee Frappé, and tea (counter service) from 10:30 am to 6 pm. At the Aquapark, there is also a bar from 12 pm to 4 pm with mineral water, soft drinks, draft beer, ice cream, and snacks (counter service). Weather permitting, you can end the evening in the "Cocktail Bar" under the open sky (June-September). From 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices, draft beer, and a wide selection of local wines are available here (counter service). For cozy evenings, the "Venus Lobby Bar" is also available, serving mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices, local wines, draft beer, local alcoholic beverages, and a selection of international premium brands, filter coffee, iced coffee Frappé, and tea (service) from 6 pm to 10:30 pm.
