The complex consists of various bungalow buildings situated in a slightly elevated position, offering a wonderful view of the coast. A free shuttle service from the hotel to Stalida beach (approx. 1.5 km away, shuttle from 10 am to 6 pm) is available. The town center of Chersonissos with its small shops and local venues is approx. 2.5 km away. Heraklion Airport is less than 30 km away.

The well-maintained and lushly landscaped complex with a total of 292 rooms invites you to enjoy a varied holiday. The two-story buildings house the lobby with reception, lounges, bar with terrace, restaurants, a jeweler, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The outdoor area offers three pools for individual needs. The children's pool provides joy for younger guests, an aqua park with various water slides ensures action, and the main pool as well as the adults-only pool with sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols (included) invite you to relax and engage in sporting activities. Beach and pool towels are available for a deposit. Two pool bars and a snack bar provide refreshments and snacks. Especially for children, there is a lot on offer, including a dedicated buffet and the large mini-club.

The main restaurant "Dionysos" offers a rich breakfast buffet from 7 am – 10:30 am. Upon request, a continental breakfast can be provided from 5 am – 7 am. Lunch buffet from 1 pm – 3 pm. In the evening, a varied buffet with show cooking awaits from 6:30 pm – 10 pm. Soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water, local wines according to the All Inclusive wine list, and beer are served during lunch and dinner.
Furthermore, guests receive a discount on the entire wine list in all restaurants during meals.
For a pleasant change, the two à la carte restaurants "Aegean" with Greek cuisine (6:30 pm – 10 pm) and "La Luna" with Italian specialties (7:30 pm – 10:30 pm, from June-September) provide variety. Both are included once per stay with prior reservation.
Snacks such as ice cream, pizza, souvlaki, burgers, or salad are offered from 10:30 am – 6:30 pm.
The "Horizon" bar at the main pool offers mineral water, soft drinks, fruit juices, local draught wine, local alcoholic beverages, and a selection of international premium brands, filter coffee, iced coffee, Frappé, and tea from 10:30 am – 6:30 pm (counter service). The children's pool bar offers mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices served in a glass, local draught wine, filter coffee, iced coffee, Frappé, and tea from 10:30 am – 6 pm (counter service). A bar at the aqua park is also available from 12 pm – 4 pm with mineral water, refreshments, draught beer, ice cream, and snacks (counter service). In good weather, you can end the evening in the open-air "Cocktail Bar" (June-September). From 7:30 pm – 10:30 pm, this bar serves mineral water, soft drinks, fruit juices, draught beer, and a large selection of local wines (counter service). The "Venus Lobby Bar" also provides for cozy evenings; from 6 pm – 10:30 pm, it offers mineral water, soft drinks, fruit juices, local wines, draught beer, local alcoholic beverages, and a selection of international premium brands, filter coffee, iced coffee, Frappé, and tea (service).

Children are especially welcome; there are great facilities for families and a special children's animation program available. These include: children's restaurant, children's pool bar, children's pool, baby fountain pool, "Aqua Park" with water slides (admission is for children from 6 years of age and a minimum height of 1.20 m). Furthermore, there are children's menus and high chairs in the restaurant. Additionally, there is a supervised mini-club and an outdoor play area for children with animation activities (4-12 years) available (10 am – 12:30 pm and 3 pm – 5:30 pm), minidisco (8:30 pm – 9:30 pm, 6 days a week).

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room as of January 1, 2025.
