The Grand Hotel Holiday Resort is very popular with families, leisure seekers, and beach holidaymakers, impressing with excellent service and a fantastic location. The resort consists of various bungalow buildings in a slightly elevated position, offering a wonderful view of the coast. A free shuttle service from the hotel to Stalida beach (approx. 1.5 km away, shuttle runs from 10 am to 6 pm) is available. The center of Chersonissos with its small shops and tavernas is about 2.5 km away. Heraklion Airport is less than 30 km away.

The very well-maintained and lushly planted complex invites you to an unforgettable holiday. The two-story buildings house the reception area, lounges, a bar with a terrace, restaurants, a jewelers, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The outdoor area features three pools to suit individual needs. The children's pool ensures fun for the little ones, an aqua park with various water slides provides excitement, and the main pool and the adults-only pool with sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas (included) invite you to relax and engage in sporting activities. Beach and pool towels are available for a deposit. Two pool bars and a snack bar offer refreshments and snacks. Especially for children, there is plenty to offer with a dedicated buffet and the large mini club, among other things.

The main restaurant "Dionysos" offers a rich breakfast buffet from 7:00 to 10:30 am. A continental breakfast can also be provided on request from 5:00 to 7:00 am. Lunch buffet from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. In the evening, a varied buffet with show cooking is available from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Soft drinks, fruit juices, mineral water, local wines from the All-Inclusive wine list, and beer are served with lunch and dinner.
Additionally, guests receive a discount on the entire wine list at all restaurants during meals.
Two à la carte restaurants offer variety: "Aegean" with Greek cuisine (6:30 pm to 10:00 pm) and "La Luna" with Italian specialties (7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, from June to September). Both are included once per stay with prior reservation.
Snacks such as ice cream, pizza, souvlaki, burgers, or salads are available from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
The "Horizon" bar by the main pool offers mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices, local house wines, local alcoholic beverages, and a selection of international premium brands, filter coffee, iced coffee, frappé, and tea (counter service) from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm. The bar at the children's pool serves mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices in a glass, local house wines, filter coffee, iced coffee, frappé, and tea (counter service) from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm. A bar at the aqua park is also available from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm with mineral water, soft drinks, draft beer, ice cream, and snacks (counter service). Weather permitting, you can end the evening at the "Cocktail Bar" under the open sky (June-September). From 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm, mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices, draft beer, and a wide selection of local wines are available here (counter service). For cozy evenings, the "Venus Lobby Bar" offers mineral water, soft drinks, and fruit juices, local wines, draft beer, local alcoholic beverages, and a selection of international premium brands, filter coffee, iced coffee, frappé, and tea (service) from 6:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Children are especially welcome, with great facilities for families and a special children's entertainment program available. This includes: a children's restaurant, children's pool bar, children's pool, baby splash pool, "Aqua Park" with water slides (admission for children aged 6 and above, with a minimum height of 1.20m). There are also children's menus and high chairs in the restaurant. Additionally, a supervised mini-club and an outdoor playground for children with animation activities (ages 4-12) are available (10:00 am - 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm), and a mini-disco (8:30 pm - 9:30 pm, 6 days a week).

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day per room.
For stays during the high season from April 1st to October 31st:
