Location

The Bali Paradise hotel is located in Bali, approximately 300 meters from the beach and the tourist center. The center offers shops, bars, restaurants, and discotheques. Heraklion Airport is about 52 km away, and Chania Airport is about 99 km away.

The hotel has 238 rooms spread across a main building and four annexes. It also features a reception area with a 24-hour front desk, a lobby with a bar, 2 elevators, air conditioning, a safe, a mini-market, a jeweler, a theater, and parking (free, subject to availability). Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex. The outdoor area includes two freshwater swimming pools with a children's pool integrated into the main pool, a beautiful garden, and a new playground. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Dining facilities include a main restaurant, the "ELIA" à la carte restaurant, a cafe, and a bar.

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually controlled air conditioning/heating, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, mini-fridge with 2 bottles of water on arrival, kettle for coffee and tea, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Double rooms for single use (DE) or with side sea view (D2S) and direct sea view (DMU) are also available at an additional cost.

Superior Family Room

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are larger and offer additional sleeping facilities (F2U).

Junior Suite with Private Plunge Pool

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are larger and feature a terrace with a private plunge pool (ZJP). The private pool is not supervised. Please pay close attention to your children and exercise caution when using this area.

Breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) served buffet-style. Once a week, dinner is included at the "Elia Cretan" à la carte restaurant (reservations required).
Cakes and pastries are served from 4 PM to 5 PM, and light snacks are available from 10 AM to 11 AM. Cocktails are served during specified hours, along with soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee, tea, and local alcoholic beverages from 10 AM to midnight at the open bars.

Information on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has implemented a climate resilience levy to be paid by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount varies depending on the type/category of accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, ranges from €0.50 to €15 per day per room.
