The hotel has 236 rooms spread across a main building and four annex buildings. It also features a reception area with a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, two elevators, air conditioning, a safe, a mini-market, a jeweler, a theater, and parking (free, subject to availability), all newly designed for Summer 2026. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. The outdoor area includes a newly renovated pool area with two freshwater swimming pools and a children's pool integrated into the main pool, a beautiful garden, a new playground, and a small water park with three water slides. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Dining facilities include a main restaurant, the "ELIA" à la carte restaurant, a new Italian à la carte restaurant, a café, and a bar.

Double Room Superior

Rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, safe, Wi-Fi, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, mini-fridge with 2 bottles of water upon arrival, kettle for coffee and tea preparation, and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Available as single occupancy (DE) or with a lateral (D2S) and direct sea view (DMU) for an additional charge.

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are larger and offer additional sleeping facilities (F2U).

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are larger and feature a terrace with a private plunge pool (ZJP).
The private pool is not supervised. Please pay close attention to your children when using this area and act with caution.

Breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) served buffet-style. One dinner per week is included at the "Elia Cretan" à la carte restaurant or the Italian à la carte restaurant (7-10 PM, reservation required).
Cakes and pastries available from 4-5 PM and light snacks from 10-11 AM. Cocktails during specified service hours, as well as soft drinks, beer, wine, coffee, tea, and local alcoholic beverages, are available from 10 AM to midnight at the respective open bar.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, payable by guests locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
