The sprawling, modern hotel complex features 385 luxuriously appointed rooms and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, five à la carte restaurants, four bars, a boutique, a mini-market, and a beautiful wellness area with a heated indoor pool. The outdoor area includes a pool landscape with two seawater swimming pools, a seawater whirlpool, a children's pool, and many private as well as shared pools. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach. Bath towels can be borrowed free of charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

The spacious double rooms feature a bedroom with an integrated seating area, as well as a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea maker with daily replenishment, minibar with daily replenishment, a welcome drink upon arrival, and a furnished terrace or balcony with garden views (B2A). Also available for single occupancy (B1A), with side sea view (2BS), or with direct sea view (B2M).

The Mitsis Royal Mare offers tasty delicacies and varied drinks around the clock.
Early riser breakfast (4:00-7:00), breakfast (7:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30), and dinner (18:30-21:30) in buffet style, as well as cold and warm midnight snacks (22:00-04:00) in the main restaurant "Symposio".
Alternatively, brunch from 9:00-12:00 at the à la carte restaurant "Pacifico" (reservation required), lunch from 12:30-18:00 at the beach restaurant "Albatros" (restaurant with takeaway food), or from 12:30-17:00 at the Italian à la carte restaurant "Allegro" (reservation required).
Crepes, waffles, ice cream, and coffee from 8:30-22:00 at "Alegria". Tea time from 17:00-19:00.
Dinner alternatively available from 18:30-22:00 at the Mediterranean à la carte restaurant "Candia", the Asian à la carte restaurant "Royal Palm", or the South American à la carte restaurant "Pacifico" (each with reservation).
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as international spirits are available from 09:00-02:00 at the respective open bar and are included.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and vegetarian dishes are available free of charge upon request (please register on-site).

Destination information - Climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is staggered from January 1, 2025, from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
