The sprawling, modern hotel complex features 385 luxuriously equipped rooms and offers a lobby with reception (24h) and lounge, Wi-Fi (included), a main restaurant, 5 à-la-carte restaurants, 4 bars, a boutique, a mini-market, and a beautiful wellness area with a heated indoor pool. In the outdoor area, there is a pool complex with 2 seawater swimming pools, a seawater whirlpool, a children's pool, and many private and shared pools. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

Double room

The spacious double rooms/bungalows consist of a bedroom with a seating area and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), safe, satellite TV, telephone, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), refrigerator, minibar (daily refill), welcome drink upon arrival, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view (B2A). Optionally bookable for single use (B1A), with side sea view (2BS), or with direct sea view (B2M).

Double room Sharing Pool

With the same features as the double rooms, these offer access to a shared pool (BX2).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We ask for prudent behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Suite Sharing Pool

The suites consist of a bedroom, a living/bedroom area, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi. In addition to the features of the bungalows, the suites also include an espresso machine, a soundbar, a separate bathroom with shower and WC, bathrobes, slippers, a welcome package, a welcome drink upon arrival, and access to a sharing pool with garden view (SSH).

The Mitsis Royal Mare offers tasty delicacies and varied drinks around the clock.
Early bird breakfast (4-7 am), breakfast (7-10:30 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) in buffet style, and cold and hot midnight snacks (10 pm-4 am) in the main restaurant "Symposio".
Optionally brunch from 9 am-12 pm in the à-la-carte restaurant "Pacifico", lunch from 12:30-6 pm in the beach restaurant "Albatros", or from 12:30-5 pm in the Italian à-la-carte restaurant "Allegro" (each with reservation).
Crepes, waffles, ice cream, and coffee from 8:30 am-10 pm at "Alegria". Tea time from 5-7 pm.
Dinner optionally available from 6:30-10 pm in the Mediterranean à-la-carte restaurant "Candia", the Asian à-la-carte restaurant "Royal Palm", or the South American à-la-carte restaurant "Pacifico".
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as international spirits are available from 9 am-2 am at the respective open bar and are included.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and vegetarian meals are available upon request at no extra charge (registration on-site).

Sports included

Beach volleyball, table tennis, fitness center, minigolf. Yoga and Pilates classes.

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room starting 01/01/2025.
