Location

The OYA Beach Resort is located in Anissaras, directly on the sand/pebble beach. The center of Chersonissos with its shops and entertainment venues is approximately 3 km away. The town of Agios Nikolaos is about 45 km away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approximately 22 km.

Facilities

This All-Inclusive resort will be completely renovated for Summer 2026 and offers 276 modern double and family rooms located in the main building or in the bungalow area. The hotel features a buffet restaurant, two themed à la carte restaurants, three bars, a water slide, and two swimming pools.
The main building houses a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, the lobby, a TV lounge, and an elevator. There is also a mini-market, a souvenir shop, and a jewelry store. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Beach towels can be rented for a deposit. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Double room

The rooms, renovated for Summer 2026, are located in the main building and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning (included), coffee/tea making facilities, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge (non-alcoholic beverages included on arrival), Wi-Fi (included), safe, and a balcony or terrace (D/DI).
Also bookable for single use (DE).

Double room with sea view

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but with a sea view (DM/DMI).

Superior Double room with sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the Superior Double rooms are located on the top floor of the main building (DMU).

Family room

The family rooms are located in the main building or in the bungalows, have the same amenities as double rooms, but with a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom (some with connecting door; DF2)

Bungalow

Bungalows have the same amenities as double rooms and are located in the bungalow buildings with a balcony or terrace (BU).

With the same amenities as the bungalows, the Bungalow Seafront rooms are located in the first row to the sea (WF2).

With the same amenities as the bungalows, these are located in the first row to the sea and feature a private pool (2QM).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet style with an extensive show cooking area (Greek and international cuisine). Once per stay, a meal in the Mediterranean à la carte restaurant and the Italian à la carte restaurant is included (reservations required).

Breakfast (7:15 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) with regular theme nights served buffet style in the main restaurant.
Breakfast is served as an American buffet with show cooking in the main restaurant.
Fresh homemade crepes (sweet or savory), desserts, and ice cream are available at the pool bar crêperie (10:00 AM - 11:45 PM). Snacks are also available at the pool bar from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Lunch and dinner are served buffet style with show cooking in the main restaurant.
One complimentary à la carte dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, reservation required 2 days in advance) and one complimentary à la carte lunch or dinner at the Italian restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, reservation required 2 days in advance) are included per stay.
The main restaurant features a healthy corner and a children's buffet.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10:00 AM to 11:45 PM at the open bar: juices, coffee, tea, draft beer, house wine, local spirits (brandy, ouzo), and international alcoholic drinks.

Table tennis, hard court tennis court (with floodlights and equipment), hard court volleyball court (with floodlights and equipment), pedal boats, outdoor fitness area.

Note for climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01.01.2025, ranges from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room.
For stays in high season (1.4.-31.10.):
