Location

The popular Paralos Kosta Alímia resort, newly renovated for summer 2024, welcomes guests aged 13 and over (adults friendly). It is located in the Anissaras holiday area, directly on the 150 m long beach, which covers a total area of approximately 5000 m². The hotel is separated from the beach only by a rarely used, kilometer-long promenade (bathing shoes recommended).
There are several mini-markets, bars, and tavernas near the hotel. The lively tourist center of Hersonissos, with its numerous shops, bars, and restaurants, is only 4 km to the east. The smaller and quieter village of Analipsi can be reached comfortably in a 15-minute walk to the west. The capital city of Heraklion is approximately 22 km away and can be reached by public bus.
Various sights such as the Palace of Knossos, the Palace of Malia, the Lasithi Plateau, or the beautiful Gulf of Mirabello with the famous Spinalonga island can also be explored.

The well-known establishment (formerly Paralos Kosta Mare) opened its doors in 1988 and has since become one of the most renowned and popular hotels in Crete over more than 30 years. Since summer 2024, the hotel belongs to the PURE LUXE category of Paralos Hospitality Hotels. Following an extensive renovation, which began in previous years and was completed by summer 2024, Paralos Kosta Alímia shines with a new design.
The hotel features 152 rooms, a reception hall with a 24-hour reception and free high-speed Wi-Fi, a lounge with a terrace and elevator, a lobby bar with a terrace, and 5 à la carte restaurants. In the beautifully landscaped complex, in addition to a sunbathing lawn with high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas, there are a total of 12 pools (including sharing pools and private pools). A heated indoor pool in the spa area and two main pools each offer an integrated whirlpool. The impressive infinity pool is equipped with water loungers and a state-of-the-art underwater music system, offering a unique swimming experience. In addition, there are two new sharing pools and seven private pools. The pool bars feature a new design and modern, luxurious furnishings.
At the beach, in addition to high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas, elevated sun loungers and gazebos (Bali beds) are also included. Furthermore, there is a beach and pool service that serves drinks directly to your lounger. Note on Climate Resilience Fee

At the intersection, turn right towards the Lassithi Plateau and left towards Hersonissos. Then, turn left until the intersection. At this intersection, turn right towards Hersonissos and left towards Anissaras. Continue straight through the intersection and turn left immediately after the bus stop, following the small parallel road towards Anissaras. The first street on the right leads directly to Paralos Kosta Alimia.
