Location

The newly designed, popular Paralos Kosta Alímia Resort welcomes guests aged 13 and over (Adults friendly) as a 5-star resort. It is located in the Anissaras holiday area, directly on the 150m long and approximately 5000 sqm beach, separated from the hotel only by the rarely used, kilometer-long promenade (bathing shoes recommended).
There are a few mini-markets, bars, and tavernas near the hotel. The lively tourist center of Hersonissos with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants is only 4 km to the east. The smaller and quieter village of Analipsi can be easily reached in a 15-minute walk to the west. The capital Heraklion is approx. 22 km away and can be reached by local bus.
Various sights such as the Palace of Knossos, the Palace of Malia, the Lasithi Plateau, or the beautiful Gulf of Mirabello with the famous island of Spinalonga can also be explored.

The well-known establishment (formerly Paralos Kosta Mare) opened its doors in 1988 and has developed into one of the most famous and popular hotels in Crete over more than 30 years. Since Summer 2024, the property has been part of the PURE LUXE category of Paralos Hospitality Hotels. Following extensive renovations, which began in previous years and were completed by Summer 2024, the Paralos Kosta Alímia now shines with a new design.
The hotel features 152 rooms, a reception area with a 24-hour reception and free high-speed Wi-Fi, a lounge with a terrace and elevator, a lobby bar with a terrace, and 5 à la carte restaurants. The beautifully landscaped complex includes a sunbathing lawn with high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and parasols, as well as a total of 12 pools (including sharing pools and private pools). A heated indoor pool in the spa area and two main pools each offer an integrated whirlpool. The impressive infinity pool is equipped with water loungers and a state-of-the-art underwater music system, offering a unique swimming experience. In addition, there are two new sharing pools and seven private pools. The pool bars surprise with a new design and modern, luxurious furnishings.
At the beach, in addition to high-quality loungers with comfortable cushions and umbrellas, there are also elevated seating cushions and gazebos (Bali beds) included. Furthermore, there is a beach and pool service that serves you directly at your lounger. For health-conscious individuals and sports enthusiasts, a Wellness & Spa Center and fitness areas (open-air and indoor) are available.

With otherwise identical amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms feature a large terrace with a planted rock garden, equipped with a private wooden pavilion, a small fire pit, and a hydromassage bathtub, as well as a magnificent view of the Cretan Sea.

The Thalassa Pool Bar (10:15 AM - 1:00 AM), Theatro Pool Bar (10:15 AM - 5:45 PM), and Lobby Bar (10:15 AM - 5:45 PM) offer refreshments with coffee and tea specialties, juices, low-carb drinks, milkshakes, soft drinks, beer, wine, international spirits, and a selection of cocktails.
The All-Inclusive program is valid until the bars close at 1:00 AM. The last order is taken at 0:30 AM.
