Amenities of this modern holiday complex include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi in all public areas, 8 different restaurants, various bars, a café (until 2027), souvenir shop, mini-market, boutique, jeweler, and a hair salon. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features 4 swimming pools, a children's pool, a heated indoor pool, 3 pool bars, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas included. Double room

All double rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, hygiene products, bathrobes and slippers, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge (replenished daily with water, beer, and soft drinks), coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally bookable with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM).

Family room

The family rooms have the same features as the double rooms and include a bedroom separated by a sliding door (DF2). Optionally bookable with sea view (F2M).

Family suite Swim Up

Equipped the same as the suites with direct access to the swim-up pool (2SU).
The swim-up pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for cautious behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased danger potential for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.

The suites have the same features as the double rooms and include a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom separated by a door (S2).

Family suite private pool

The private pool suites have the same features as the suites plus a private pool. Additional amenities include an espresso machine and a whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom. Pillow menu available upon request (SP2).

Breakfast (7:30-10:30 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9 PM) in buffet style. Snacks during the day from 10 AM-6 PM, midnight snacks from midnight to 2 AM. Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 AM-1 AM at the respective open bar.
Various snacks at the "Kokumi-Café-Bar" (10 AM-6 PM, until 2027; from 2027 in the restaurant area), ice cream at the pool bar (10 AM-6:00 PM), and snacks at the "Tex Mex" restaurant (12:30-2:30 PM, until 2027).
Drinks at the designated bars (10 AM-1 AM) include unlimited soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, local draft beer, house wine, and specific brand spirits.
Dinner takes place daily with themed evenings.
3x per week, there is the possibility to have an a la carte dinner. You can choose from one of the four restaurants ("Oregano" Greek Tavern, "Basilico" Italian, "Tex Mex", or "Five Flavor Thai"). A prior reservation is required.
Children's menus as well as vegetarian and gluten-free menus are available.
Midnight snacks in the Kokumi-Café-Bar (12-2 AM, until 2027).
In all restaurants, an elegant, casual dress code is required for dinner (gentlemen must wear long trousers in all indoor restaurants; chic, tailored shorts are permitted).
Lunch box available upon request 1 day in advance until 6 PM.
