The amenities of the modern holiday complex include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi in all public areas, 7 different restaurants, various bars, a café, a souvenir shop, a mini-market, a boutique, a jeweller, and a hairdresser. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features 4 swimming pools, a children's pool, a heated indoor pool, 2 pool bars, and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas included. Double Room

All double rooms are comfortably furnished and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers, individually controlled air conditioning, safe, LCD satellite TV, telephone, mini-fridge (stocked daily free of charge with 2 bottles of water, beer, and soft drinks), coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Also available with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) upon request.

Family rooms offer the same amenities as double rooms and feature a separate bedroom (DF2). Also available with sea view upon request (F2M).

Family Suite Swim Up

These suites have the same amenities as standard suites and offer direct access to a swimming pool (2SU).
The swim-up pool is not supervised. We kindly request careful behaviour and particular attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires children to be at least 6 years old for bookings of these room types.

Suite

Suites have the same amenities as double rooms and include a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (S2).

Family Suite Private Pool

Family suites with private pool have the same amenities as standard suites and include a private pool. Additional amenities include an espresso machine and a whirlpool bathtub in the bathroom. A pillow menu is available upon request (SP2).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 1:30 PM), lunch (12:30 PM - 3 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9 PM) served buffet-style. Snacks available throughout the day from 10 AM to 6 PM, and a midnight snack from midnight to 2 AM. Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10 AM to 1 AM at the open bar.
Various snacks at the "Kokumi Café Bar" (10 AM - 6 PM), ice cream at the pool bar (10 AM - 6 PM), and snacks at the "Tex Mex" restaurant (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM).
Beverages at the designated bars (10 AM - 1 AM) include unlimited soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, local draft beer, house wine, and selected brand spirits.
Dinner features theme nights daily.
Three times a week, you have the opportunity to enjoy a dinner at one of the à la carte restaurants ("Oregano" Greek Tavern, "Basilico" Italian, "Tex Mex", or "Five Flavor Thai"). Advance reservations are required.
Children's menus, as well as vegetarian and gluten-free menus, are available.
Midnight snacks are served at the Kokumi Café Bar (midnight - 2 AM).
An elegant, casual dress code is required for dinner in all restaurants (gentlemen must wear long trousers in all indoor restaurants; chic, tailored shorts are permitted).
Lunch boxes are available upon request, booked one day in advance by 6 PM.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which is payable by guests on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, will range from €0.50 to €15 per day per room.
