The hotel is located directly on a beautiful, 350-meter-long sandy beach awarded with the "Blue Flag" on the north coast of Crete and is only 20 km from Heraklion International Airport and 5 km from the port of Hersonissos. A bus stop is located approx. 700 m from the hotel.

The modern, expansive resort, which is very popular with many regular guests, features 647 renovated rooms distributed across a main building and several annex buildings, a 24-hour reception with lobby, TV room, internet corner, five restaurants, and four bars (some are unavailable in the pre-/post-season), as well as a mini-market, jewelry store, boutique, and souvenir shop. The upscale amenities include well-maintained grounds with seven pools, including two adults-only pools (relaxation pool, heart-shaped pool, circular pool, two Olympic-sized pools, and two pools with water slides), a water park, a children's pool, and a baby pool. Sun loungers and parasols as well as pool towels can be used free of charge. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel complex free of charge.

The superior double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, iron and ironing board, safe, 42" LED satellite TV, telephone, bathrobes and slippers, refrigerator (a bottle of wine is included upon arrival), terrace, and direct access to a private pool (JA2).

These are located in the annex buildings, directly on the seafront (JF2).

Junior Suite Seafront Sharing Pool

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Seafront, these feature a terrace with access to a sharing pool (2XG).

Suite Sea View Sharing Pool

The suites consist of two visually separated sleeping areas and feature a shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, iron and ironing board, safe, 42" LED satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, terrace, and direct sea view (2UH).
Also available directly on the beach for an additional cost (2VH).

Also available with sea view for an additional cost (F2M).

These also renovated family rooms superior consist of 2 separate bedrooms with a sliding door and feature comfortable amenities with bath/WC, two 42" LED satellite TV sets, an additional refrigerator, balcony, and garden view on the 1st or 2nd floor (F2U).
Also available on the ground floor for an additional cost (2FS).

Breakfast (7:30-11:00 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:30 PM) in the main restaurant “Diktamo“ with international and Greek dishes. During lunch and dinner, soft drinks, juices, local beer, house wine, coffee, and tea are included. There is a separate children's buffet in the main restaurant.
Breakfast (8-10:30 AM), lunch (1-3:30 PM), and dinner (7-9:30 PM) are also available in buffet form at the “Kalypso” tavern (available mid-April-October, dinner by reservation only). Dinner (7:00-10:00 PM) in the form of an Italian buffet, à la carte dishes, and show cooking at the “Trattoria” restaurant (available mid-June-mid-September, once included for stays of at least 5 days). Wok and BBQ dishes at the “Thalassa” snack bar 12:00-5:00 PM (mid-May-October).
Local soft drinks, juices, beer, international alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea are included from 10:00 AM-midnight at the respective open bar (special drinks for a fee). Ice cream, pizza, crêpes, and sandwiches are available from 11:00 AM-midnight at the “Blue” pool bar and 5:00 PM-midnight at the “Asteri” lobby bar. Beach bar “Sun & Sea” 10:00 AM-10:00 PM (mid-May-October, low season 10:00 AM-6:00 PM). The “Laguna” pool-beach bar is open from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM.
Additionally, a new Asian restaurant (6:30-9:30 PM, mid-May-October, reservation required) as well as a new fast-food restaurant (11:00 AM-5:30 PM, mid-May-mid-October) are available. Vegetarian menus and special dietary menus are offered in the main restaurant upon request on-site.

18 tennis courts, including 4 padel courts and a pickleball court (upon request with reservation on-site, April, May, September, October), tennis lessons, Creta Golf Club (approx. 5 km away), mountain bike rental, and billiards. Guests also have access to an "Olympic pool" (free of charge, unless already reserved for swimming groups; swimming groups are always subject to request and a fee).

Children's program

Kids club (ages 4–13) and teenager club (ages 14–17) with diverse activities such as movie nights and a mini disco. For families, there is a children's buffet in the main restaurant as well as a cozy family café. A large and a small playground, as well as a water park, provide extra fun. The offer is rounded off by a baby pool and a children's pool.

Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
