The hotel is located directly on a beautiful, 350-meter-long sandy beach on the north coast of Crete, awarded the Blue Flag, and is only 20 km from Heraklion International Airport and 5 km from Hersonissos harbor. A bus stop is located near the hotel.

The modern, spacious complex, very popular with many returning guests, features 647 renovated rooms spread across a main building and several annexes, a 24-hour reception with a lobby, Wi-Fi access (included), TV room, internet corner, 5 restaurants and 4 bars (some only available until October 31st), as well as a mini-market, jewelry store, boutique, and souvenir shop. The upscale facilities include a well-maintained outdoor area with 7 pools, including 2 adults-only pools (relaxation pool, heart-shaped pool, circular pool, 2 Olympic pools, and 2 pools with water slides), a water park, children's pool, and baby pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge for guests at the pool and on the beach.

The comfortable double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, iron and ironing board, safe, 42" LED satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, and a balcony with garden view (D/DA).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 11 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (Summer: 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) at the main restaurant “Diktamo“ with international and Greek cuisine. During lunch and dinner, soft drinks, juices, local beer, house wine, coffee, and tea are included. The main restaurant offers a separate children's buffet.
Breakfast (8 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (1 PM - 3:30 PM), and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM) buffet-style are also available at the Taverna "Kalypso" (available from mid-April to October, dinner requires reservation). Dinner (7 PM - 10 PM) as an Italian buffet, à la carte dishes, and show cooking at the "Trattoria" restaurant (available from mid-June to mid-September, included once for stays of at least 5 days). Wok and BBQ dishes are available at the "Thalassa" snack bar from 12 PM to 5 PM (mid-May to October).
Local soft drinks, juices, beer, international alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea are included from 10 AM to midnight at the open bar (specialty drinks at an extra charge). Ice cream, pizza, crepes, and sandwiches are available from 11 AM to midnight at the "Blue" pool bar and from 5 PM to midnight at the "Asteri" lobby bar. The "Sun & Sea" beach bar is open from 10 AM to 10 PM (mid-May to October, off-season from 10 AM to 6 PM). The "Laguna" pool-beach bar is open from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Additionally, guests can enjoy a new Asian restaurant (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM, mid-May to October) and a new fast-food restaurant (11 AM - 5:30 PM, mid-May to mid-October). Vegetarian menus and special diet menus are available upon request at the main restaurant.
