The hotel is located directly on the long sandy/pebble beach of Ammoudara. Tavernas, bars, and shops are partly in the immediate vicinity of the hotel or in the center of Ammoudara, approx. 2 km away.
The nearest bus stop can be reached in 50 m.
The distance to the center of Heraklion is approx. 6 km and to Heraklion Airport approx. 12 km.

The beautiful and modern hotel with a total of 136 rooms offers a 24-hour reception, lobby, Wi-Fi (included), TV lounge, a main restaurant, and a pool/snack bar. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available and included by the pool and on the beach. Guests receive bath towels upon deposit.

The modernly furnished rooms feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), rental safe, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water and a bottle of wine included on arrival), coffee/tea station with daily refill, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).

Superior Double Room with side sea view

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature a walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes, slippers, a mini-fridge (daily bottle of water and bottle of wine on arrival included), and a side sea view (D2S/2I). Also available for single use (1SD).

Premium Double Room

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these rooms feature toiletries, a safe, and a Nespresso machine. The Premium Rooms have been newly renovated. Wine, soft drinks, and a fruit basket are provided on arrival (GP2).
Also available for single use (GP1) or at an additional charge with a side sea view (PSM/PES).

With the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms, these suites feature a combined living/sleeping area and are slightly more spacious (JS2). Also available at an additional charge with a side sea view (2S).

American breakfast with show cooking (7:15 AM - 10 AM), late risers' breakfast until 10:30 AM, lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (7 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style.
Snacks are available at the pool bar from 11 AM to 12:30 PM and 3 PM to 5:30 PM, ice cream from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, and coffee/tea and pastries are served in the afternoon from 4 PM to 5 PM. Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bar from 10 AM to 11 PM.

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, water aerobics, water polo, and bocce (petanque).

Note for climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from January 1, 2025.
For stays during the high season April 1 - October 31:
1-2 star category: 2 Euros
3 star category: 5 Euros
4 star category: 10 Euros
5 star category: 15 Euros
For stays during the low season November 1 - March 31:
1-2 star category: 0.50 Euros
