The hotel is located directly on the long sandy/pebble beach of Ammoudara. Taverns, bars, and shopping facilities are partially found in the immediate vicinity of the hotel or in the center of Ammoudara, approx. 2 km away.
The nearest bus stop can be reached within 50 m.
The distance to the center of Heraklion is approx. 6 km and to Heraklion airport approx. 12 km.

The beautiful and modern hotel with a total of 136 rooms features a 24-hour reception, lobby, TV lounge, a main restaurant, and a pool/snack bar. The well-kept outdoor area includes a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available by the pool and on the beach and are included. Guests receive pool towels upon deposit.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.

Superior Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms feature bath/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), safe, telephone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station incl. daily replenishment, and a balcony or terrace (DSU).

Superior Double Room Partial Sea View

Equipped the same as the Superior double rooms, these also include a walk-in shower/WC, bathrobes, slippers, mini-fridge (one bottle of water daily and one bottle of wine upon arrival included), and partial sea view (D2S/2I/AMS). Optionally also available for single occupancy (1SD).

Premium Double Room

Equipped the same as the Superior double rooms, these also include toiletries, a safe, and a Nespresso machine. The Premium rooms are freshly renovated. Upon arrival, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, and a fruit basket are provided (GP2/DA).
Optionally also available for single occupancy (GP1) or with partial sea view for an extra charge (PSM/PES).

Junior Suite

Equipped the same as the Premium double rooms, these feature a combined living/sleeping area and are slightly more spacious (JS2). Optionally available with partial sea view for an extra charge (J2S).
All junior suites have a balcony.

With the same amenities as the junior suites, these suites are slightly more spacious (S2).

All Inclusive

Buffet with a variety of fresh foods and a minimalist tree decoration.

All Inclusive

American breakfast with show cooking (7:15-10 a.m.), late-riser breakfast until 10:30 a.m., lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (7-9:30 p.m.) are offered buffet-style. During breakfast, juices, filter coffee, and tea are offered; during lunch and dinner, still water, soft drinks, beer, and wine are included.
From 2027, dinner can optionally be taken once per stay at the "Cavuki Amu" beach restaurant (7-10 p.m., reservation required).
Snacks are available from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the pool bar, ice cream from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as well as coffee, tea, and pastries in the afternoon from 4 to 5 p.m. Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bar from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

All Inclusive Plus (from 2027)

The Cavuki Amu beach restaurant is additionally available for All Inclusive Plus guests from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Here, a selection of hot and cold coffee varieties, iced tea, beer, a selection of wines and sparkling wines, as well as various cocktails, mocktails, gin, whiskey, vodka, rum, tequila, ouzo, and sambuca are offered. In addition, there are a la carte snacks such as salads, pinsa, burgers, and more.

Sports included

Darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, water gymnastics, water polo, and boules (pétanque).

Destination information: Climate resilience fee

For stays starting from Jan 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
