Location

The hotel is situated on a hill near the center of Agia Pelagia, approx. 350 m from the sandy beach. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity. Heraklion Airport is reachable in approx. 25 km.

Facilities

The attractive complex (adults-friendly, bookable from 14 years) features 45 partially renovated rooms, a renovated exterior facade including glazing of balconies/terraces, and offers a reception (7 a.m. – 11 p.m.), lobby, lounge with terrace, internet corner, and a main restaurant with a terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace, a separate children's pool, 2 whirlpools, a pool/snack bar, and a wine bar newly built in 2025. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pools and available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are included. Parking spaces at the hotel are also included, subject to availability.

Superior Double Room with Side Sea View

Friendly decor with shower/WC, hairdryer, kitchenette (fridge, 2 hot plates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, tableware), dining area, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, flatscreen satellite TV, pillow menu, as well as a balcony or terrace (D2S). Also available to book optionally with garden or side sea view (AQ2).

Superior 1-Room Apartment with Sea View

The apartments, completely renovated in 2023, feature the same equipment as the Superior double rooms with side sea view, consist of a combined living/bedroom, and offer a sea view (M2U). For a 3rd/4th person, there is a sofa bed.

Superior Apartment with Connecting Door and Sea View

The apartments, completely renovated in 2023, feature the same equipment as the Superior double rooms with side sea view, consist of a combined living/bedroom and a separate bedroom with a sliding door, and also offer a sea view (AAS). For a 3rd/4th person, there is a sofa bed.

Deluxe Maisonette with Sea View

The maisonettes consist of a bedroom on the upper floor and a kitchenette on the lower floor. With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, these feature a direct sea view (2M).

The Deluxe 1-bedroom apartments with sea view, renovated in 2023, feature an open-plan bedroom with a combined living/dining area. Amenities include shower/WC, hairdryer, kitchenette, Nespresso coffee machine, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, flatscreen satellite TV, pillow menu, as well as a terrace with a sea view (L2A).

Climate Resilience Fee Note

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room starting 1.1.2025.
