The hotel is situated on a hill, near the center of Agia Pelagia, about 350 m from the sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. Heraklion Airport is approximately 25 km away.

Facilities

The attractive complex (Adults-friendly, bookable for ages 14 and up) features 45 partially renovated rooms, a renovated exterior facade including balcony/terrace glazing, and offers a reception (7 am-11 pm), lobby, lounge with terrace, internet corner, and a main restaurant with terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-maintained outdoor area includes 2 swimming pools with sun terrace, a separate children's pool, 2 whirlpools, a pool/snackbar, and a wine bar newly built in 2025. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools, at the beach for a fee. Beach towels are included. Parking spaces at the hotel are also included, subject to availability.

Double Room Superior side sea view

Friendlily furnished with shower/WC, hairdryer, kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 hot plates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishes), dining area, individually adjustable air conditioning, Wi-Fi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, pillow menu, and balcony or terrace (D2S). Also bookable with garden or side sea view (AQ2).

Apartment Superior 1 Room sea view

The apartments, fully renovated in 2023, feature the same amenities as the Double Room Superior side sea view, consist of a combined living/sleeping area, and offer sea views (M2U). A sofa bed is available for a 3rd/4th person.

Apartment Superior connecting door sea view

The apartments, fully renovated in 2023, feature the same amenities as the Double Room Superior side sea view, consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with a sliding door, and also offer sea views (AAS). A sofa bed is available for a 3rd/4th person.

Maisonette Deluxe sea view

The maisonettes consist of a bedroom on the upper floor and a kitchenette on the lower floor. Otherwise, they have the same amenities as the double rooms and offer direct sea views (2M).

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room as of January 1, 2025.
