This family-run mid-range hotel is situated directly on a hillside with a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay and the picturesque fishing village of Agia Pelagia. It is approx. 600 m to the beach and approx. 2 km to the town of Agia Pelagia. A shuttle service to the beach is provided for our guests 4 times a day.
Heraklion Airport is approx. 23 km away.

The hotel complex consists of a main building with a total of 250 rooms. This popular holiday resort features a 24-hour reception, lounge with TV, Wi-Fi (included), mini-market, restaurant, bar with an outdoor terrace and a magnificent view of the bay, 3 freshwater swimming pools, a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (included), as well as two pool bars. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for a fee. Bath towels are available against a deposit.

Superior Elegant Double Room

These freshly renovated rooms feature a modern, more high-end design with bath/WC, telephone, minibar, and air conditioning, fridge (included), flatscreen TV, coffee/tea maker, espresso machine (4 capsules included upon arrival), safe (included), and balcony (DAS). Optionally bookable with sea view (MSA) for an extra charge.
Guests in this room category staying for a minimum of 7 days can enjoy dinner once free of charge in the à la carte restaurant (reservation required at least 2 days in advance).

Family Room

With the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, these also feature a bunk bed and are more spacious (DF2).

Optionally bookable on the ground floor with direct access to a sharing pool (F2H).
The sharing pool is not monitored by a lifeguard. We ask for careful behavior and special attention when using this area.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential danger for small children.
Therefore, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children for bookings of these room types for safety reasons.

Maisonette

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these offer a living/sleeping area on the lower floor and a sleeping area on the upper level (M2).

Information on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, from January 1, 2025, is scaled between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
