Location

The Theo Hotel is situated in a quiet location in the west of Crete, on a hilltop overlooking the town of Agia Marina. The sandy beach is about 150 m away. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. Chania Airport is approximately 30 km away, Heraklion Airport about 148 km. A bus stop is located about 650 m away.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex has a total of 136 rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, luggage storage, a lobby, free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant, and a mini-market. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available at the beach for a fee. Parking is available free of charge at the hotel, subject to availability.

Double Room

The double rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe (for a fee), telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, kettle, and a balcony or terrace (D).
Optionally available at an extra charge with sea view (DM/DMI) or for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Studio Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the studios additionally feature a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, hot plates, coffee/tea maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes, plus a sea view (SM2). Also available for single occupancy (SM1).

Apartment

With the same amenities as the studios, these also have a separate bedroom (A12).
Also available with sea view (2AM).

Suite 2 Bedrooms Private Pool

The spacious suites, with the same amenities as the studios, offer space for up to 6 people in 2 separate bedrooms and a living/sleeping area. The bathroom has a bathtub or a shower. The outdoor area features a furnished terrace with a small, private pool (SP2).
The private pool is not supervised. Please pay particular attention to your children when using this area and behave responsibly.

Breakfast/Half Board

Buffet breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) in the main restaurant.
With half board booked, an additional dinner (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM) is served buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Vegetarian meals and special diet menus are available on request. Please contact the reception on-site.

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and dinner (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM), à la carte lunch (12:00 PM - 2:30 PM), all in the main restaurant.
Dinner at the à la carte restaurant is included once per stay for a minimum stay of 7 nights (reservation required).
À la carte snacks such as salads, pizzas, hamburgers, or hot dogs are offered at the pool bar from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Ice cream is also available at the pool bar from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Coffee/tea time with cake and pastries from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, also at the pool bar.
Local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM at the pool bar.
Daily refill of the minibar with water, juices, soft drinks, beer, red and white wine, as well as daily refill of the coffee/tea station with coffee sachets, tea bags, sugar, and milk. Guests with Ultra All Inclusive also receive bathrobes, slippers, and an espresso machine with daily refills.

Note on Climate Resilience Contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025 onwards.
