The property is a renovated hotel of the Gaia Group with a total of 56 modern rooms and is exclusively available for adults. It is the ideal choice for couples or friends looking for peace and relaxation.
Facilities include a reception hall with 24-hour reception, a lobby with a TV corner, a restaurant, and a cocktail bar, as well as a mini-market in the neighboring sister hotel, Gaia Village (KGS120).
Outside, there is a small, well-maintained garden, a swimming pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge by the pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been staggered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room since January 1, 2025.
