The complex is a renovated hotel of the Gaia Group with a total of 56 modern rooms and is exclusively bookable for adults. It is the ideal choice for couples or friends seeking peace and relaxation.
Facilities include a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a TV corner, a restaurant, and a cocktail bar, as well as a mini-market in the neighboring sister hotel Gaia Village (KGS120).
The outdoor area features a small, well-kept garden, a swimming pool, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Meals include breakfast from 7:30 AM to 10 AM, lunch from 1 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 7 PM to 9 PM. Snacks are available daily from 10 AM to 6 PM at the pool bar. Coffee and cake are served there from 4 PM to 5 PM, and coffee and tea from 10 AM to 9 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the main bar from 10 AM to 11 PM, including water, soft drinks, juices, local draft beer, local house wine, as well as Ouzo, Rum, Brandy, Gin, Vodka, and Tequila.
