The property is located in a quiet area of Tigaki and is only about 300m from the expansive sandy beach. The town center with shops, restaurants, and cafes is about 150m away. A bus stop, also about 150m away, offers regular connections to Kos Town. Kos Airport is about 16km away.

The modern family hotel with its well-maintained grounds offers a total of 174 rooms. Facilities include an attractively designed reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, a mini-market, a bar, and a restaurant with a terrace. In the outdoor area, guests will find two freshwater pools, each with separate children's pools, a sun terrace with free sun loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar/snack bar. Are equipped like the double rooms Superior renovated, but with a separate bedroom. With otherwise identical amenities to the family rooms, these have been newly renovated for Summer 2025 and feature a shower/WC and additionally a coffee/tea making facility (F2U).

Junior Suite Superior

The newly renovated, elegant Junior Suites Superior are comfortably furnished and more spacious than the double rooms. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, tiled floors, LCD full HD television with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker (with refills), and mosquito net. The furnished balcony or terrace offers a garden view (JU2).

There is an American breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM. From 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM, the restaurant offers lunch with an international buffet. From 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM, dinner is served as an international buffet.
