The complex is quietly located in the Tigaki holiday area, only about 300 m from the extensive sandy beach. The town center with shops, restaurants, and cafes is around 150 m away. A bus stop with regular connections to Kos Town is also about 150 m away. Kos Airport is approximately 16 km away.

The modern family hotel with its well-maintained grounds offers a total of 174 rooms. The facilities include an attractively designed lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge with a satellite TV corner, a mini-market, a bar, and a restaurant with a terrace. In the outdoor area, guests will find two freshwater pools, each with separate children's pools, a sun terrace with free loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar/snack bar. Junior Suite Superior

The newly renovated, elegant Junior Suites Superior are comfortably furnished and more spacious than the double rooms. They feature a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, tiled floors, Full HD LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker (with refills), and mosquito net. The furnished balcony or terrace offers a garden view (JU2).

Breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 AM to 10 AM. From 12:30 PM to 2 PM, the restaurant offers lunch with an international buffet. Dinner is served from 6:30 PM to 9 PM as an international buffet.
Hot and cold snacks are available from 10 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3 PM to 6 PM, and also from 4 PM to 5 PM. Coffee, tea, and cake or pastries are served. Ice cream for children is available from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
