Location

This adults-only hotel, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, is located in Tigaki, about 1 km from the sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Kos. Shops and entertainment facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is approximately 100 m away, Kos Town is about 11 km away, and Kos Airport is about 14 km away.

The small hotel, bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, has only 43 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, a satellite TV lounge, a newly designed restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a swimming pool with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee at the beach. Beach towels are available for a fee. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property.

Double Room with Private Garden & Pool

These rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a private small garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace, complimentary beach towels, and a private small pool (PPZ).

The spacious junior suites feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, and an espresso machine (2 capsules per room/day included), as well as a balcony or terrace. Two 500 ml bottles of water are provided daily in the room. A sofa bed is available for a 3rd person (JS2).

Junior Suite with Private Sun Loungers

Double Room Deluxe with Private Garden & Pool

The spacious Double Deluxe rooms have the same amenities as the junior suites. Additional amenities include a small private garden with its own pool. Furthermore, the Double Room Deluxe with Private Garden & Pool includes complimentary beach towels and two 500 ml bottles of water daily in the room. A sofa bed is available for a 3rd person (GDD).

Notice regarding Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from 01/01/2025.
