The adults-only hotel, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, is located in Tigaki, about 1 km from the sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Kos. Shopping and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is about 100 m away, Kos Town is approx. 11 km away and Kos airport is about 14 km away.

The small hotel features only 43 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, satellite TV lounge, newly designed restaurant with outdoor terrace, and a swimming pool with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach. Pool towels are available for a fee. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property.

The double rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Double room with private garden & pool

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these rooms feature a small private garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace, complimentary pool towels, and their own small pool (PPZ).
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. We request that guests behave cautiously and pay special attention when using this area.

Junior suite

The spacious junior suites feature shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, espresso machine (two capsules per room/day included), and a balcony or terrace. Two 500 ml bottles of water are provided in the room daily. There is a sofa bed for a third person (JS2).
Also available for single use (JS1).

Junior suite with private sun loungers

With the same facilities as the junior suites, these feature a small private garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace (2UG/JSC).
Also available for single use (1AJ).

Double room Deluxe with private garden & pool

The spacious deluxe double rooms have the same facilities as the junior suites. Additional amenities include a small, private garden with a private pool. In addition, the deluxe double rooms with private garden & pool receive complimentary pool towels and two 500 ml bottles of water in the room daily. There is a sofa bed for a 3rd person (GDD).
Also available for single use (EDG).

Information on climate resilience levy

For stays starting from 1.1.2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience charge, which must be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of 1.1.2025, is graduated from 0.50 Euro to 15 € per day and room.
