This adults-only hotel, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, is located in Tigaki, approximately 1 km from the sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Kos. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. A bus stop is about 100 m away, Kos Town is approx. 11 km away, and Kos Airport is approx. 14 km away.

This small hotel, bookable as a schauinsland-reisen original, has only 43 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, a satellite TV lounge, a newly designed restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a swimming pool with a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and are available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are available for a fee. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property.

Double room with private garden & pool

These rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a private small garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace, complimentary bath towels, and a private small pool (PPZ).
The pool is not supervised. Guests are asked to behave considerately and pay special attention when using this area.

Junior Suite

The spacious Junior Suites have a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, espresso machine (two capsules per room/day included), and a balcony or terrace. Two 500 ml bottles of water are provided in the room daily. There is a sofa bed for a third person (JS2).

Junior Suite with private loungers

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Junior Suites, feature a private small garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace (2UG/JSC).

Deluxe Double room with private garden & pool

The spacious Deluxe Double rooms have the same amenities as the Junior Suites. Further amenities include a small private garden with its own pool. In addition, the Deluxe Double rooms with private garden & pool include complimentary bath towels and two 500 ml bottles of water daily in the room. There is a sofa bed for a 3rd person (GDD).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from 01/01/2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid locally by the guest, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01/01/2025.
For stays in high season from 01/04 to 31/10:
