The adults-only hotel, bookable for guests aged 16 and over, is located in Tigaki, about 1 km from the sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on Kos. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. A bus stop is about 100 m away, Kos town is approx. 11 km away, and Kos airport is approx. 14 km away.

The small hotel, bookable as a schauinsland-reisen original, has only 43 rooms and offers a 24-hour reception, satellite TV lounge, a newly designed restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a swimming pool with a pool bar. Double room with private garden & pool

These rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, have a private small garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace, complimentary towels, and their own small pool (PPZ).

Junior Suite

The spacious junior suites have a shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers, telephone, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, espresso machine (2 capsules per room/day included), and a balcony or terrace. Two 500 ml bottles of water are provided daily in the room. For a 3rd person, there is a sofa bed (JS2).

Junior Suite with private sun loungers

These rooms, with the same amenities as the junior suites, have a private small garden with sun loungers in front of the terrace (2UG/JSC).

Deluxe Double room with private garden & pool

The spacious Deluxe Double rooms have the same amenities as the Junior Suites. Further amenities include a small private garden with its own pool. In addition, the Deluxe Double rooms with private garden & pool include complimentary towels and two 500 ml bottles of water daily in the room. For a 3rd person, there is a sofa bed (GDD).

Note on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room from 01.01.2025.
