The timelessly elegant resort is located in a secluded setting on approximately 100,000 m² of land and nestles around a spacious lagoon surrounded by exotic tropical gardens, sloping down to the sandy pebble beach. The beach is accessible after about 50 m. The tourist center and the town of Kos are each about 4 km away. Shops are also about 4 km away, a supermarket is reachable in about 1 km. The beach hotel has a total of 384 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a safe, a hairdresser, a jewelry store, a mini-market, other shops and parking. 6 restaurants and a bistro "Crêperie-Gelateria" cater to your culinary needs. The hotel's 5 bars look forward to your visit. The outdoor area of the hotel includes 3 saltwater pools with a separate freshwater children's pool. Umbrellas and sun loungers are included and available there and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Accommodation

Double Room

Spacious, elegantly furnished guest rooms in the main building with a beautiful view of the sea or the garden, with bamboo summer furniture decorated with blue and white fabrics. They offer a spacious bathroom with a sink & bathtub, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, music channels, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, refrigerator, espresso machine (2 capsules per person/day included, with All Inclusive Plus), coffee/tea station, electronic safe and a large wardrobe. They also have a balcony or terrace (D). Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a welcome drink, traditional sweets and wine are ready for you in the room.
Available as Economy Room (SSZ), Double Room with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM/DMI) and for single use (DE, on request) with side sea view (DES, on request) or sea view (DEM, on request).

Bungalow

The cozy bungalows, nestled amidst fragrant, colorful gardens, are designed for absolute comfort and offer an airy, modern interior for endless relaxation. The furnishings and amenities are identical to the double rooms. They feature a double bed and an additional single bed and are available with garden view (B2A) (B1A for single use; on request), side sea view (2BS) (BS1 for single use, on request), with pool view (B2O) (B1O for single use, on request) or in the first row to the beach with direct sea view and additional service (see hotel service, B2M).

Petit Family Bungalow

The cozy and comfortable garden guest rooms in a family-friendly village atmosphere are located amidst fragrant Mediterranean gardens and are slightly more spacious with two sleeping areas separated by a sliding door (FB1). The furnishings are identical to the double rooms.

Petit Family Room

Located in the main building of the resort, the Petit Family Room is ideal for young families. It offers plenty of space and endless opportunities for relaxation from the fully furnished terrace (PFF). The amenities and size are identical to the Petit Family Bungalows.

Family Room

The cleverly designed family rooms offer space and comfort and feature separate sleeping and living areas. The family-friendly rooms have a sleeping area for children with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with double vanity is accessible from both rooms. They are located in the main building overlooking the lush gardens (DF2).

Family Bungalow Pool View

Specially designed for families, this light-filled accommodation features two separate bedrooms for added comfort and a furnished balcony or terrace for endless relaxation and precious family time. They are located in the garden area and offer the same comfort as the family rooms (BFP). Also available with garden view (FB2).

Bungalow Maisonette Side Sea View

Built in the style of a village bungalow, the maisonettes feature a comfortable master bedroom on the entrance level and a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to the children's sleeping areas, providing more privacy (BMG). In addition to the other amenities, the maisonettes have 2 bathrooms, each with a sink and bathtub.

Junior Bungalow Suite

The main restaurant "The Lagoon" offers international cuisine, organic food, seasonal dishes, vegetarian dishes, as well as buffet and show cooking. Gluten- and lactose-free dishes are available on request. It is open daily from 7:15 AM - 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM, and 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Indoor and terrace seating are available, as well as high chairs for children. Appropriate attire is requested.
From 10 AM - 12:30 AM, you can get water, soft drinks, coffee & tea, and small snacks at the open bars during specified service times. A midnight snack is available from 11 PM - 1 AM. One meal per stay is possible in the à la carte restaurant, reservation required.

Note on Climate Resilience Fee
