The timelessly elegant resort is situated in a secluded location on a sprawling property of approximately 100,000 m², nestled around a vast lagoon surrounded by exotic tropical gardens, which gently slopes down to the sand and pebble beach. The beach is accessible within about 50 m. The tourist center and Kos town are each approximately 4 km away. Shops are also located around 4 km away, while a supermarket is reachable within about 1 km. Bars and restaurants are approximately 4 km away, and Kos Airport is about 38 km away. The beachfront hotel has a total of 384 rooms. It offers its guests a 24-hour reception, a lobby with a bar, 3 elevators, air conditioning, a safe, a hairdresser, a jewelry store, a mini-market, other shops, and a parking lot. For culinary delights, there are 6 restaurants and a bistro "Crêperie-Gelateria". The hotel's 5 bars are happy to welcome you. The outdoor area of the hotel includes 3 saltwater pools with a separate freshwater children's pool. Sunshades and sun loungers are included and available by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

Double Room

Spacious, elegantly furnished guest rooms in the main building with beautiful sea or garden views, decorated with bamboo summer furniture and blue and white fabrics. The rooms offer a spacious bathroom with a sink & bathtub, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, music channels, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, refrigerator, espresso machine (2 capsules per person/day included, with All Inclusive Plus), coffee/tea station, electronic safe, and a large wardrobe. The rooms also feature a balcony or terrace (D/DI). A welcome drink, traditional sweets, and wine are provided in the room upon arrival.
Available as economy room (SSZ), double room with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM/DMI), as well as for single use (DE, on request) with side sea view (DES, on request) or sea view (DEM, on request).

Bungalow

Nestled amidst fragrant, colorful gardens, these cozy bungalows are designed for absolute comfort, featuring airy, modern interiors for endless relaxation. The furnishings and amenities are identical to the double rooms. The rooms have a double bed and an additional single bed and can be booked with garden view (B2A) (B1A for single use; on request), side sea view (2BS) (BS1 for single use, on request), pool view (B2O) (B1O for single use, on request), or beachfront with direct sea view and additional service (see hotel service, B2M).

Petit Family Bungalow

Located in a family-friendly village atmosphere amidst fragrant Mediterranean gardens, these cozy and comfortable garden guest rooms are slightly more spacious with two sleeping areas separated by a sliding door (FB1). The furnishings are identical to the double rooms.

Petit Family Bungalow Sharing Pool

These comfortable bungalows are located in a family-friendly village-style setting and offer two sleeping areas separated by a sliding door. The private terrace is ideal for relaxation and offers views of the colorful gardens or the hotel's pool.
The amenities include a double bed and two additional single beds, as well as a bathroom. The bungalows are located on the ground floor in the garden area (F2H).

Petit Family Room

Located in the resort's main building, the Petit Family Room is ideal for young families. It offers ample space and endless opportunities for relaxation from the fully furnished terrace (PFF). The amenities are identical to the Petit Family Bungalows.

Family Room

These cleverly designed family rooms offer space and comfort, featuring separate sleeping and living areas. The family-friendly rooms have a children's sleeping area with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom with a double vanity is accessible from both rooms. The rooms are located in the main building with views of the lush gardens (DF2).

Family Bungalow Pool View

Specially designed for families, this bright accommodation features two separate bedrooms for added comfort and a furnished balcony or terrace for endless relaxation and quality family time. The rooms are located in the garden area and offer the same comfort as the family rooms (BFP). Also available with garden view (FB2).

Bungalow Maisonette Side Sea View

Built in a village bungalow style, these maisonettes feature a comfortable master bedroom on the entrance level and a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to the children's sleeping areas, providing more privacy (BMG). In addition to the otherwise identical amenities, the maisonettes have 2 bathrooms, each with a sink and bathtub.

Bungalow Sharing Pool

The stylishly furnished bungalow features an open living area with modern interiors. A private balcony or terrace offers views of the colorful gardens or the hotel's pool.
The amenities include a double bed and an additional single bed, a large wooden wardrobe, and a bathroom. Its location in the quiet garden area ensures a relaxing atmosphere (BX2).

Bungalow Seafront Private Pool

The airy beachfront bungalows offer breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The main restaurant "The Lagoon" offers international cuisine, organic food, seasonal dishes, vegetarian options, buffet, and show cooking. Gluten and lactose-free options are available upon request. It is open daily from 7:15 AM to 10:30 AM, 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Indoor and terrace seating are available, as well as high chairs for children. Appropriate attire is requested.
From 10 AM to 10:30 PM, water, soft drinks, coffee & tea, and light snacks are available at the open bars during specified service times. A midnight snack is available from 11 PM to 1 AM. One meal per stay is possible at the à la carte restaurant (reservations required).

Resilience Fee Information

For stays from January 1, 2018, onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room starting from January 1, 2025.
