The hotel complex underwent extensive renovations across all public areas for the summer of 2026 and opens with a new concept and a wide range of sports and activity programs. The facilities include a main building and several annexes with a total of 223 rooms. Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features an entrance hall with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), 4 bars (Main, Pool, Beach, and Rooftop Bar (Beach and Rooftop areas are operated from mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting)), free Wi-Fi in all areas, a mini-market, as well as 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas as well as pool towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Admission to the Lido Waterpark (open weather-permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to the park.

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
