The hotel complex was extensively renovated in all public areas for the summer of 2026 and reopens with a new concept and a wide range of sports and activity programs. Facilities include a main building and several annexes with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features a lobby with 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), and 4 bars (Main, Pool, Beach, and Rooftop Bar; the beach and rooftop areas are operated from mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting). Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all areas, along with a mini-market and 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Admission to the Lido Water Park (open weather permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the park.

Climate Resilience Tax Note

For stays from 1 January 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is tiered from 1 January 2025 between 0.50 euros and 15 euros per day and per room.
For stays in high season 1 April–31 October:
