The hotel complex will be extensively renovated in all public areas for summer 2026 and will reopen with a new concept and a wide range of sports and activity programs. Facilities include a main building and several outbuildings with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features a reception hall with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), 4 bars (main, pool, beach and rooftop bar (beach and rooftop areas are open from mid-May to mid-October; weather permitting)), free Wi-Fi in all areas, a mini-market, and 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Admission to Lido Water Park (open from mid-June to mid-September, weather permitting) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service there.
