The hotel complex will be extensively renovated in all public areas by summer 2026 and will open with a new concept and a broad range of sports and activity programs. Facilities include a main building and several annexes with a total of 223 rooms. The Kouros Palace Active Lifestyle features a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à-la-carte restaurants (Beach Restaurant and Rooftop Restaurant), and 4 bars (main bar, pool bar, beach bar, and rooftop bar; the beach and rooftop areas operate from mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting). Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all areas, and there is a mini-market as well as 2 freshwater pools with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, sunshades, and pool towels are available free of charge at the swimming pools and on the beach.
Entry to the Lido Waterpark (open weather permitting from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the park.
