Location

The holiday resort is located in a quiet, green environment with a magnificent sea view, above a gently sloping sandy beach that is partly interspersed with pebbles and has smaller rocks at the waterline in some places. The fishing village of Mastichari is about 2 km away and offers various shops, bars, and restaurants. A shuttle service to Kos Town is available several times a week for a fee. The airport is approximately 6 km away.

The club-style holiday resort has 347 rooms spread across several bungalow-style annexes, harmoniously integrated into a lovingly landscaped garden. The extensive complex offers plenty of space and numerous amenities, including a reception area with a 24-hour reception, an air-conditioned main restaurant, and an air-conditioned "Italian" restaurant (open from mid-May to mid-October, reservation required).
Further facilities include a main bar, a TV room, an internet corner, Wi-Fi in the lobby, pool area, and rooms (included), an amphitheater, a beach bar (daily from 10 am to 6 pm, weather permitting), and a mini-market.
The spacious garden invites relaxation and houses a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach. Beach towels are available.

Suite Seafront

The Seafront Suites have been freshly renovated for summer 2024 and feature a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, safe, individually regulated air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a terrace with a small private garden and comfortable sun loungers. They also have a separate bedroom with a connecting door and, being on the front line to the sea, offer a fantastic sea view (DKM, CM). Also available for single use (EKM).

Double room Superior renovated

The renovated, modern rooms feature new furniture, updated bathrooms with walk-in showers/toilets, hairdryers, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, flatscreen TV (German channels), safe, air conditioning, and coffee/tea making facilities (replenished daily), as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, guests receive a small bottle of water in their room (2UR/X2A). Available with sea view (DMU/DIM) and for single use (1UR/1RU).

Family room

Cozily furnished and featuring a bathroom with bathtub/toilet, hairdryer, telephone, safe, individually regulated air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace. The family rooms also have a separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

While otherwise equipped like the family rooms, the family rooms Superior additionally offer a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toiletries, slippers, Wi-Fi, coffee and tea making facilities, and a large flatscreen TV (F2U).

Windmill

A unique accommodation is offered by the newly built junior suites, located in small windmills. The round buildings each offer accommodation spread over 2 floors and consist of a bedroom on the upper floor (double bed or two single beds), a living/sleeping area on the ground floor with a sofa bed or armchair bed, and feature a walk-in shower with a toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning on both floors, refrigerator, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, safe, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with capsules, satellite TV, telephone, furnished balcony, and terrace. Upon arrival, guests receive a small bottle of water in their room (WM).

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) served buffet style. From 6:30 pm to 7 pm, families with children are prioritized for entry.
Alternatively, dinner is available at the themed restaurant (6:30 pm - 9:30 pm, reservation required).
Snacks and ice cream, as well as cake, are available from 11 am to 6 pm. Soft drinks (e.g., coffee, tea, juices) are included from 10 am to 11 pm, draft beer and house wine from 11 am to 11 pm. Other selected local alcoholic beverages such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, and ouzo are included from 5 pm to 11 pm.
Fresh products from local farmers are used. A wide selection of fresh fruits, picked daily from local orchards, is also available.
The jams and breakfast bars served are homemade.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during the high season (April 1 - October 31):
