Location

The holiday resort is situated in a quiet, green area with a magnificent view of the sea, above a gently sloping sandy beach, which is interspersed with pebbles in places and features some smaller rocks at the water's edge. The fishing village of Mastichari is approximately 2 km away and offers various shops, bars, and restaurants. A paid shuttle service to Kos Town is available several times a week. The airport is accessible after approx. 6 km.

This club-style holiday resort has 347 rooms distributed across several bungalow-style outbuildings, harmoniously nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden. The spacious complex offers plenty of room and numerous amenities, including a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, an air-conditioned main restaurant, and an air-conditioned "Italian" restaurant (open from mid-May to mid-October, reservation required).
Further facilities include a main bar, a TV room, an internet corner, Wi-Fi in the lobby, pool area, and rooms included, an amphitheater, a beach bar (daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting), and a mini-market.
The spacious garden invites you to relax and houses a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool, as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge both at the pool and on the beach. Pool towels are available.
Entrance to the Lido Water Park (open weather-dependent from mid-June to mid-September) is included for all guests. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the park.

These rooms offer the same facilities as the double rooms, are more spacious, and additionally feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (2CD/DKA).

Suite Seafront

The Seafront suites were freshly renovated for summer 2024 and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a terrace with a small private garden and comfortable sun loungers. Additionally, they have a separate bedroom with a connecting door and, in the front row to the sea, a fantastic sea view (DKM, CM). Also available for single use (EKM).

Double room superior renovated

The renovated, modern rooms feature new furniture, updated bathrooms with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, flat-screen TV (German channels), safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), and a furnished balcony or terrace (2UR/X2A). Optionally available with sea view (DMU/DIM) and for single use (1UR/1RU).

Family room

Comfortably furnished and featuring a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace. In addition, the family rooms have a separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Family room superior

While otherwise featuring the same equipment as the family rooms, the Family Superior rooms additionally offer a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath amenities, slippers, Wi-Fi, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a large flat-screen TV (F2U).

Additionally, these modernized family rooms have a separate bedroom with a connecting door (FSB).

Windmill

A unique accommodation is offered by the newly built junior suites, which are located in small windmills. The circular buildings each offer accommodation spread over 2 floors and consist of a bedroom on the upper floor (double bed or two single beds), a living/bedroom on the ground floor with a sofa/armchair bed, and feature a walk-in shower with WC, hairdryer, air conditioning on both floors, refrigerator, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, safe, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with capsules, satellite TV, telephone, furnished balcony, and terrace. Upon arrival, our guests receive a small bottle of water in their room (WM).

Breakfast (7-10 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m.) in buffet form. From 6:30-7 p.m. dinner is intended for families with children.
Alternatively, dinner in the themed restaurant (6:30-9:30 p.m. - reservation required).
Snacks and ice cream, as well as cakes, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Non-alcoholic drinks (e.g., coffee, tea, juices) included from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., draft beer and house wine from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., other selected local alcoholic drinks such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, and ouzo included from 5-11 p.m.
Fresh produce from local farmers is used. There is also a wide selection of fresh fruit picked daily in local orchards.

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience tax, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
