Location

The holiday resort is located in a quiet, green setting with a wonderful view of the sea, above a gently sloping sandy beach, which is interspersed with pebbles in places and has some smaller rocks at the water's edge. The fishing village of Mastichari is about 2 km away and offers various shops, bars, and restaurants. A chargeable shuttle service to Kos Town is available several times a week. The airport is reachable after approx. 6 km.

This club-style holiday resort has 347 rooms, spread across several bungalow-style annex buildings, harmoniously nestled in a lovingly landscaped garden. The spacious complex offers plenty of room and numerous amenities, including a lobby area with 24-hour reception, an air-conditioned main restaurant, and an air-conditioned "Italian" restaurant (open from mid-May to mid-October, reservation required).
Further facilities include a main bar, a TV room, an internet corner, Wi-Fi in the lobby, pool area, and in the rooms included, an amphitheater, a beach bar (daily from 10 am to 6 pm, weather-dependent), and a mini-market.
The spacious garden invites you to relax and houses a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool as well as a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at both the pool and the beach. Pool towels are provided.

These offer the same facilities as the double rooms but are more spacious and additionally feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (2CD/DKA).

Suite Seafront

The Seafront suites were newly renovated for summer 2024 and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, refrigerator, satellite TV, and a terrace with a small private garden and comfortable sun loungers. Additionally, they feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door and, being in the first row to the sea, offer a fantastic sea view (DKM, CM). Optionally bookable for single use (EKM).

Double Room Superior Renovated

The renovated, modern rooms feature new furniture, updated bathrooms with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers, refrigerator, flat-screen TV (German channels), safe, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily refill), as well as a furnished balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, our guests receive a small bottle of water in the room (2UR/X2A). Optionally bookable with sea view (DMU/DIM) and for single use (1UR/1RU).

Additionally, these modernized family rooms feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (FSB).

Windmill

A unique accommodation option is offered by the newly built junior suites, which are located in small windmills. These round buildings each provide accommodation spread over 2 floors and consist of a bedroom on the upper floor (double bed or two single beds), a living/sleeping area on the ground floor with a sofa/armchair bed, and feature a walk-in shower with WC, hairdryer, air conditioning on both floors, refrigerator, slippers, toiletries, hairdryer, safe, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine with capsules, satellite TV, telephone, furnished balcony, and terrace. Upon arrival, our guests receive a small bottle of water in the room (WM).

Breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm) in buffet style. From 6:30-7 pm, the entrance is reserved for families with children.
Alternatively, dinner in the theme restaurant (6:30-9:30 pm - reservation required).
Snacks and ice cream as well as cake from 11 am-6 pm. Non-alcoholic beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, juices) included from 10 am-11 pm, draft beer and house wine from 11 am-11 pm, other selected local alcoholic beverages such as brandy, vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, and ouzo included from 5-11 pm.
Fresh products from local farmers are used. There is also a large selection of fresh fruits, which are picked daily in local orchards.
