Location

The Paralos Kyma Dunes, newly built in 2023, is a sustainable and modern oasis for guests aged 16 and over. The sandy beach with crystal-clear water is easily accessible through the dunes. The nearest town is Mastichari, located about 500 m from the hotel, while the island's capital, Kos Town, is about 20 km away. The distance to the airport is approximately 5 km. A bus stop is within walking distance.

The Paralos Kyma Dunes, bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, creates spaces with a distinctive character, authentic design, and impeccable aesthetics. The 48 rooms and suites, designed in a natural style, foster a sense of well-being. Guests are warmly welcomed at the 24-hour reception, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The Dunes Restaurant, with its terrace, offers an excellent culinary experience with Mediterranean dishes in a "Life Tastes Good" concept. Carefully crafted gastronomy provides a selection of delicious dishes. The Ammos Bar offers a variety of national and international cocktails, mocktails, and smoothies, along with carefully selected premium beers, wines, and spirits. Additionally, there is a selection of coffees, fresh juices, soft drinks, as well as light lunches and finger food.
The lagoon pool, featuring complimentary sun loungers, stretches between the buildings. On the north side, there is an additional relaxation pool offering comfortable loungers for a restful day. The beach is easily accessible via a private path, where loungers and umbrellas are also available free of charge for a carefree holiday.

Warm, natural colors and modern design invite you to relax. In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and cosmetic mirror, each room offers a hairdryer, high-quality toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, air conditioning, a 43" HDMI TV (with internet access and 10 German TV channels, plus other programs in English, French, Dutch, and Italian), a Bluetooth sound system, a safe, mosquito nets on windows and balcony/terrace doors, an espresso machine (2 capsules included daily), a coffee/tea station with daily replenishment, a mini-fridge (including 2 bottles of water on arrival), and a furnished balcony/terrace (PD). A welcome gift awaits guests upon arrival. Beach towels are available free of charge.

From 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, the Dunes Restaurant offers a comprehensive and varied breakfast buffet with a wide selection of Greek specialties such as Greek cheese, yogurt, fresh fruits, or local honey, along with beverages and coffee variations like cafe crema, espresso, and cappuccino, a selection of juices, and a variety of teas.
Additionally, a small early bird breakfast (7:00-7:30 AM) and a late riser's breakfast are available from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes are available upon request and with prior notification.
Dinner: a generous buffet with cold and hot dishes is served from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are also available upon request and with prior notification.

Climate Resilience Fee Information

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience fee, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, starting from January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays in the high season (April 1 - October 31):
