Location

The newly built Paralos Kyma Dunes, opened in 2023, is a sustainable and modern oasis for guests aged 16 and over. The sandy beach with crystal-clear water is easily accessible through the dunes. The nearest town is Mastichari, approximately 500m from the hotel, while the island capital, Kos Town, is about 20 km away. The airport is approximately 5 km away. A bus stop is within walking distance.

The hotel, bookable as a Schauinsland-Reisen Original, Paralos Kyma Dunes, offers rooms with a distinctive character, authentic design, and impeccable aesthetics. The 48 rooms and suites, designed in a natural style, create a feel-good atmosphere. Guests are warmly welcomed at the 24-hour reception, and Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The Dunes Restaurant with its terrace provides an excellent culinary experience featuring Mediterranean dishes with a "Life Tastes Good" concept. Carefully crafted gastronomy offers a selection of delicious dishes. The Ammos Bar offers a range of national and international delicious mixed drinks and cocktails, mocktails, and smoothies, alongside carefully selected premium beers, wines, and spirits. Additionally, there is a selection of coffees, freshly squeezed juices, soft drinks, as well as light lunches and finger food.
Between the buildings lies the lagoon pool, equipped with complimentary sun loungers. On the north side, there is an additional relaxation pool offering comfortable loungers for a relaxing day. The beach is easily accessible via a private path, where sun loungers and umbrellas are also available free of charge for carefree holidays.

Warm, natural colors and a modern design invite you to relax. In addition to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and cosmetic mirror, each room offers a hairdryer, high-quality toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion, air conditioning, a 43" HDMI TV (with internet access and 10 German TV channels, plus other programs in English, French, Dutch, and Italian), Bluetooth sound system, safe, mosquito nets on windows and balcony/terrace doors, espresso machine (2 capsules daily included), coffee/tea station with daily refill, mini-fridge (including 2 bottles of water on arrival), and a furnished balcony/terrace (PD). A welcome gift awaits guests upon arrival. Bath towels are available free of charge.

Premium Double Room Sea View with Whirlpool

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms with Sea View, are located on the first floor and feature a whirlpool on the balcony (PJM/PMO).

Premium Double Room Sea View Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Premium Double Rooms with Sea View, these rooms offer direct pool access and a private sundeck with poufs (DPJ). Also available for single occupancy (EBS).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests are asked to behave considerately and pay special attention when using this area.

Double Room Laguna Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms, these rooms are located around the lagoon pool with direct access and have a terrace with comfortable loungers (SWD). Also available for single occupancy (SWE - only bookable with All Inclusive).
The shared pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Guests are asked to behave considerately and pay special attention when using this area.

From 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, the Dunes Restaurant offers a complete and diverse breakfast buffet featuring a wide selection of Greek specialties such as Greek cheese, yogurt, fresh fruits, or local honey, along with drinks and coffee varieties like Cafe Crema, Espresso, and Cappuccino, a selection of various juices, and a tea assortment.
Additionally, a small early bird breakfast (7:00 AM - 7:30 AM) and a late riser breakfast from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM are available.
Drinks are not included with dinner.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes are available upon request and with prior reservation.
Dinner: A rich buffet with cold and warm dishes is served from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Vegan and gluten-free dishes are also available upon request and with prior reservation.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience levy, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day and room starting January 1, 2025.
