The family-friendly and comfortable 4-star Sandy Beach Hotel is just 50m from the fine, gently sloping sandy beach of Marmari, which can be reached by crossing the coastal road. Restaurants, taverns, and shops are in the vicinity. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel.
The airport is approx. 15 km away.

The well-maintained complex impresses with its diverse offerings and excellent service. In addition to a total of 239 rooms and suites, the hotel has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a satellite TV room, a main restaurant with a terrace, an Italian restaurant, a Greek taverna (drinks not included here), a bar, a cocktail bar, a waffle shop, a minimarket, and a boutique. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.
In the beautifully landscaped garden area, 2 freshwater swimming pools offer refreshment, and the sun terraces with 2 pool bars invite you to relax. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach; towels are provided free of charge. These can be changed free of charge every four days; an earlier change is possible for a fee. There is also a water park with 3 slides for all ages.

After modernization for Summer 2024, these rooms feature a fresher design and additional amenities. They are located in the main building and include a bathroom/WC with a cosmetic mirror and toiletries, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning (included), an additional ceiling fan, a 54-inch flat-screen TV with HDMI connection, a full-length mirror, telephone, safe, mini-fridge (filled daily with 2 small bottles of water), coffee and tea making facilities (daily replenishment), and a balcony or terrace (DSU/DSI). Also available for single occupancy (DSE).
Also available with a side sea view (D2S).

Double room Superior Sharing Pool

The Superior Double Rooms with Sharing Pool have a newly renovated living/sleeping area. The private terrace, furnished with a table, 2 chairs, and sun loungers, invites you to relax and offers direct access to the pool. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they also include bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea station with an espresso machine (daily replenishment with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and daily replenishment of the minibar with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer (P2H/2SH/SI/OO2, bookable from 15 years old). Also available for single occupancy (P1H).

Junior Suite Sea Side

The Junior Suites, renovated in 2023, are more spacious and feature a sofa bed alongside a visual separation. In addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, they also include bathrobes and slippers, a ceiling fan, a coffee/tea station with an espresso machine (daily replenishment with coffee, tea, and 4 coffee capsules), and a daily minibar replenishment with 2 bottles of water, soft drinks, juice, and beer. They are located on the sea side (JL2/JSF).

Family room Superior

These rooms are more spacious than the standard double rooms with the same amenities and feature a separate bedroom with an connecting door (F2U/BFS).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) as a rich buffet in the main restaurant, Sundays with sparkling wine and crepes. Early bird breakfast (5 AM - 7 AM) as a continental buffet available upon request.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
